The boss of SAVAS is a completely inadequate person. The main problem is that he does not want to pay the girls their full salary, or even not at all. He makes up stories: either she worked poorly, or was fined for allegedly kissing a guest, or there were few people in the bar and therefore the rate was lower, or he does not know Turkish and German well.

When I asked him what time he would bring the girl her salary, he promised to bring it during the day, but it was already evening, and the girl wanted to go to the store and buy water and food, she had worked the first night and he hadn't paid her. He rudely sent me, along with the girl, you know where. He cursed mewith abuse and blocked.

He threatened the girls that if they left him to work at another bar, he would cause them problems.

Naturally, he is not going to pay the manager a commission either. On the 5th day of our cooperation, I learn that he suggested the girls to give up the manager.”
