Tirana is the capital and largest city of Albania, surrounded by mountains. It is one of the popular destinations in Albania.

Working conditions at 4 Elements Club
The 4 Elements club requires young attractive girls for dancers with consumption in the club of Albania. The club has active consumption. The main requirements for dancers:
– from 18 years old;
– fluent knowledge of English.

Working hours
Club 4 Elements is open daily from 21:00 to 04:00-05:00 in the morning. Day off is provided once a week (you need to agree on a day off with the administration in advance).

Accommodation and meals

If you wish, you can cook for yourself (the house where the girls live has a comfortable kitchen with all the necessary furniture and appliances).
Girls get to Tirana by plane at their own expense. They are met at the airport and taken to their place of residence (transfer is paid for by the club).
ATTENTION! If a girl works under a contract at the 4 Elements club for the first time, then in case of working out the contract for at least 1 calendar month without violations and penalties, the club will reimburse up to 50% of the cost of tickets to Albania (but not more than 100€).
Nuances of the Albanian visa regime:
-citizens of Moldova, Ukraine, Kazakhstan do not require a visa. They are provided with an extended
termstay – 90 days every six months;
-Russian citizens require a visa (except for the summer months)
– Belarusian citizens require a visa (except for the summer months).
Salary and bonus payments in the 4 Elements club
Strip dancers at 4 Elements Club receive a flat rate of €40 per
each shift worked. Additional bonus payments are also provided for consumption and private dances. There is no established norm for consumption.
Consummation:
– for each cocktail the girl is paid 3.5-4€. You can drink non-alcoholic drinks.
The cocktail is drunk for about 10 minutes. In order to continue communicating with the girl, the guest must
order more for herdrink.
– a bottle of champagne will bring the girl a bonus of 15-300€.
The girls split the tips with the club 50/50.
A private dance lasts 7 minutes. For each private the dancer receives €25.
The club pays bonuses daily, the day after the work shift. The rate is paid once a month.
The girls receive their salaries in Albanian national currency at the national bank rate.

Prohibitions, restrictions and fines in the 4 Elements club
The 4 Elements club has a system of fines for violations such as:
– being late for a work shift/to go on stage;
-theft;
-inappropriate behavior (rudeness to a guest, participation in conflicts withvisitors and
club employees, violation of subordination).
ATTENTION! Meetings with guests outside the club, intimate relations with guests and
are strictly prohibited by the establishment's employees. For violating this rule, the girl is fired immediately without payment of wages.
Dress code in the club 4th element, Tirana
The club has a dress code for strip dancers. Strip dancers must look intriguing and sexy: spectacular strip costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, capes. Heels must be high 11-15 cm, strippers are allowed.
