Work and rest schedule

The minimum contract duration for dancers and hostesses at 4 play is 1 month. Girls pay for their hotel accommodation themselves (7€ per day). The hotel apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi access. Transfer from the hotel to the club and back is paid for by the 4 play administration.

The daily work shift at the 4 Play club starts at 10:00 PM and lasts until 5-6 AM. Two days a week – Fridays and Saturdays – the club can work until the last client, the duration of the work shift increases accordingly.

Girls in 4 play can take a day off once a week by prior arrangement with the management. Any day of the week can be chosen as a day off, except Friday and Saturday – on these days the 4 play club is very busy, and all the dancers are involved in the work.

Salary and bonus system

• • one private dance full – payout rate 15€;

A guest of the 4 Play club can invite a dancer or hostess they like to a disco in some other establishment, to a date for dinner or lunch in a restaurant.
