TERMS OF WORK IN THE BAR

A vacancy is open for girls – hostesses in Spain at AFRODITA BAR. Slender, without excess weight, pleasant-looking girls, aged from 19 to 35 years and height from 165 cm, who know how to create an atmosphere in the bar and maintain an interesting conversation are in demand. Knowledge of English at an intermediate level is mandatory, knowledge of Spanish is welcomed. The minimum contract term is 1 month. Upon expiration of the three-month contract, the cost of the ticket of 180 euros is reimbursed by the employer.

AFRODITA BAR is open 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday from 21:00 to 05:00, Sunday is the day off. If the girls need an extra day off, they need to discuss it with the bar manager in advance. The club has friendly Russian-speaking staff.

The bar management provides girls with accommodation in apartments with all amenities, 2-3 girls per room. Payment for accommodation and transfer to work is 5 € per day, deducted from the salary (nothing is deducted on a day off).

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

For girls – hostesses in the AFRODITA bar, two payment systems are provided:

• 1 shot glass – 10€;
• 1 glass – 20€:
• 1 large glass – 30€ (30 min. of communication);
• 1 bottle of champagne drunk at the bar – from 100-300€ (depending on the price of the bottle, 50% to the girl);
• 1 bottle of champagne drunk in the VIP room – 100€ – 60% to the girl (30 min.)

Time limits for drinking drinks:

Any glass drunk at the bar – 20 minutes;
Champagne – no time;
VIP room – 25 minutes.

Guests of the bar can pay for a date with a girl outside the establishment (rendezvous/salida system) – it costs the guest 300€, the girl gets 200€. If the girl did not show up for work and was on a date with a guest without notifying the bar – there will be a fine for this.

There are no rules for girls of the Prestige modeling agency regarding the number and time of drinking drinks in the bar. You can drink non-alcoholic cocktails. All gifts and tips from the guest remain with the girl.

The salary of hostess girls in Spain is paid daily at the end of the working day.

Fines:
Lateness: for every half hour – 10€;
Failure to show up for work without a good reason – 180€.

DRESS CODE

A properly chosen image is a guarantee of good earnings for artists in any nightclub/bar. The best hostess clothing option is a tight cocktail dress or a low-cut top with an extreme mini. High-heeled shoes will help make a win-win accent and draw attention to the beauty of your legs! To complement the image of a party girl, you need beautiful evening makeup, stylish manicure and fashionable hairdo. Don’t forget about perfume!

How to get to El Ejido?

The easiest way is to buy a plane ticket to Malaga. From Malaga, you need to get to El Ejido on your own by bus, the last bus leaves at 19:00. Girls need to buy a ticket so that they can catch the bus. At the stop in El Ejido, the bar manager will meet you and take you to the apartment.
