Vacancies are open for strip dancers combining hostess duties. Basic requirements for candidates:

• age 19-35 years;
• attractive appearance (beautiful face, well-groomed figure);
• choreographic training, skills in performing strip dances;
• knowledge of spoken English.

To be considered by the club management, the following must be submitted:

A close-up photo of the face (no hats or glasses), a full-length figure, and working photos from previous similar contracts are required. Only portfolios without Photoshop processing, filters, or other image corrections will be considered. To be approved for a strip dancer vacancy in Greece, the photo must be current.

TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

The club works 7 days a week without days off, but girls can take 1-2 days off during the week with the permission of the management. Work for girls in these clubs in Greece starts at 22:30 and ends at 06:00-07:00 in the morning depending on the attendance.

The club provides for active consumption – alcoholic or non-alcoholic at the hostess's choice. The girls dance on stage in turns. Each dancer performs topless, 3-5 times per shift. The duration of the performance is 1 song. By order of the management, the girls can work in both clubs under one contract. The management undertakes to issue medical insurance and a work permit. The cost of preparing the documents is 120€ (they are deducted from the girl's earnings). For employment, EU citizens provide copies of their passport and ID card, residents of other countries – a copy of their passport and birth certificate.

TRANSFER AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

The girls pay for the flight to the island of Rhodes themselves. They are not met at the airport, you need to get from the airport or port to the apartments yourself. Transfer from the hotel to the club and back is not provided, the girls travel by bus or taxi at their own expense. Rooms are provided for accommodation. Each room accommodates 2-3 girls. The apartments are furnished, there is a TV, Internet access, a washing machine. The cost of accommodation is 5 € per day (deducted from the earnings of the dancers and hostesses). Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in the rooms is carried out by the girls themselves. The apartments are conveniently located – half a kilometer from the city center and 100 meters from the sea.

RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS IN CLUB CLUBS

The main responsibility of the girls is to create a festive atmosphere of friendly fun. All work issues should be discussed with the management immediately. There are a number of prohibitions in the establishments that are mandatory for all dancers and hostesses to follow. PROHIBITED:

• leave/move away from the club with guests;
• engage in intimate relations with a guest or any employee of the club;
• provoke conflict situations with employees or guests, participate in conflicts;
• show up to work in sportswear and shoes, wear jeans to work;
• use narcotic drugs or other substances that cause toxic intoxication in the workplace;
• be at work in a state of deep intoxication.

On weekends, girls must spend the night only in the apartments provided by the club. Spending the night in any other place is also prohibited.

PROCEDURE FOR PAYING SALARIES IN CLUB CLUBS

Fixed wage rates for girls are subject to Covid-19 restrictions in place:

• with the introduction of official work restrictions related to the pandemic, the salary rate for artists and hostesses is 50€ per daily work shift, with the club retaining the first two cards worth 5€ each;
• in the absence of coronavirus restrictions (if everything works officially in Greece) – the rate for girls is a daily base rate of 60€, the first three cards are withheld.

Fixed rates are paid once a week.

BONUS PAYMENTS FOR CONSUMATION AND PRIVATES

The club provides bonus payments for hostesses for consumption. The procedure for calculating payments for glasses and bottles is as follows:
