WORKING CONDITIONS AT SILUET BAR

One of the best night spots in Granada, the Siluet bar, has vacancies for hostesses for beautiful, sociable girls from the Baltic countries and Moldova. The work is official, employment on a work visa through an agency.

Basic requirements for applicants:

-height 168 cm and above;

– age from 25 to 33 years;

– experience working in consumption;

– attractive appearance, well-groomed figure.

The girls' responsibilities include active and passive consumption.

The Silhouette bar offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic consumption (juices, water), which is a big plus – hostesses don't have to drink at allalcohol in the club, if they don't want it.

For flexible girls there is an opportunity to combine the vacancies of hostess + pole dance. Dancing is not in demand during every work shift – only when there are many guests in the Siluet bar. For pole dancing, the club has two dynamic poles.

The Silhouette club opens at 21:00 all week long, 7 days a week. From Monday to Thursday inclusive and on Sundays, the daily work shift of artists and hostesses ends at 03:30 in the morning, on Fridays and Saturdays the girls work until 04:00 in the morning, as there are more guests in the club on these days of the week.

The Siluet bar gives girls a day off once a week. You can choose any day – the main thing is to agree with the management in advance.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE AT THE SILHOUETTE BAR

The Siluet bar does not provide for fixed rates for girls. Hostesses work on a per-glass basis, split 50/50 with the bar. There is no set norm for drinks or time, artists and hostesses work at their own pace.

The payout rates for consumption (glasses) are as follows:

– for glasses drunk at the bar, the girl receives 50% of the cost of the drink. For example, for a cepita costing 12€ the hostess receives 6€, and for a small glass costing 20€ or 30€ the hostess is entitled to a payment of 10€ or 15€ respectively .

– in privates the payout rates for drinks are higher. In this case, champagne is ordered. So for a small champagne for 80€ the hostess will receive a payout of 50€ (drink within half an hour).The cost of a large bottle of champagne varies between 160-300€, hostesses are entitled to payout rates of 80-150€ for each.

– the girls keep all the tips from the guests for themselves.

– for each dance, girls performing pole dance are provided with a fixed surcharge of 20€.

In privates you can dance for your guest or just chat.

Salary payments are daily; hostesses receive their earnings for the previous shift before the start of the next one.

LIVING CONDITIONS

For accommodation, girls are provided with comfortable modern apartments in the hotel. The rooms have everything necessary for life and a full rest between work shifts. Accommodation is free. Girls are required to pay for cleaning (5€ per week). Also, in case of being late for a work shift, she pays for accommodation on that daymyself (7€ per day).

The Siluet Bar is located a five-minute walk from the hotel, so you don’t have to spend a lot of time or money on the road.

According to the girls, the living conditions are comfortable, the rooms have Wi-Fi, good furniture and all the necessary household appliances. There is an important nuance – in the period from late autumn to early spring, you must have warm clothes with you. There is no central heating in Spain, so the rooms are usually cool.

RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS IN THE SILUET BAR

The Silhouette Bar is loyal to its employees, so there are few restrictions and prohibitions here:

– it is prohibited to leave the club with guests;

– you cannot enter into conflicts – either with guests of the Siluet bar or with other employees of the establishment;

– you must not violate the dress code. Sportswear and shoes, as well as jeans, are strictly prohibited;

– all work issues and problems should be discussed with the club manager.
