Here, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, is a new modern bar in the city of El Ejido ESPACIO BAR, province of Almeria, part of the autonomous community of Andalusia. The bar invites girls from the CIS and Baltic countries to work for the vacancy of hostess and strip dancers in Spain.

WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE BAR

ESPACIO BAR has a vacancy for girls – hostesses and dancers in the genre of strip and go-go with consumption. Slender, without excess weight, pleasant-looking girls, aged from 18 to 35 and height from 165 cm, who can get the dance floor going (dancers) and create an atmosphere in the bar and maintain an interesting conversation (hostesses) are in demand. Knowledge of English at an intermediate level is mandatory, knowledge of Spanish is welcomed.
The minimum contract term is 1month. ESPACIO BAR works 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday from 20:00 to 02:00 in the morning, day off – Sunday. If the girls need an additional day off – it is necessary to discuss with the bar manager in advance.

The bar management provides the girls with accommodation in a large house with all the amenities, 2 girls per room. Payment for accommodation and transfer to work is 5€ per day, deducted from the salary (nothing is deducted on the weekend).

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

In ESPACIO BAR girls – hostesses get a daily rate of 50 € + 20% from drinks from the 6th glass and 50% from champagne (in a private room). The girls take all tips for themselves. You can additionally perform on stage, the bar pays 20 € per song – dance on a pole, get naked to your underwear.

For go-go and strip dancers in the barThere are two payment systems to choose from:

1) Rate – 500€ per month + 50% of the cost of drinks + 60% of the cost of private dances. The girls take all tips in full.

2) Rate – 50€ per day + 20% of the cost of drinks + 50% of the cost of private dances. The girls take all tips in full.

Dancers must do an average of 3-5 shows per evening on the bar stage. They dance topless on the stage, and private dances in separate rooms – full strip or topless (at the discretion of the girl herself).

Small champagne 0.3 l – 50 €

Large champagne 0.7 l:

Moët & Chandon – 180€

Moët & Chandon Brut Rose – 250€

Also, visitors to the bar can invite dancers and hostesses to private rooms,but without dancing (just sit, be alone, drink champagne, to which they will bring free aperitifs: fruits, cheese, jamon). The cost of such private seclusion for half an hour – the guest must buy champagne for 100 €, for an hour – buy champagne from 180 € and up. There are non-alcoholic drinks if the girl does not drink alcohol.

Guests of the bar can pay for a date with a girl outside the establishment (rendezvous/salida system), for this regular guests need to buy Moet Chandon Ice Imperial champagne at the bar for 300€, non-regular guests – Dom Perignon for 500€. From this amount the girl receives from 200€ and more. If the girl did not show up for work and was on a date with a guest without notifying the bar – there will be a fine for this.

Accommodation in a house with all amenities, 2 girls per room. Payment for apartments and transfer to work – 10 euros per day (not on weekends)nothing is subtracted).

There are no standards for girls regarding the amount and time of drinking drinks in a bar. You can drink non-alcoholic cocktails.

The salary for hostesses is paid daily at the end of the working day, the rate is paid once a week on Saturdays, the rate for dancers is paid twice a month (in the middle and at the end of the month).
