Krasnodar’s nightlife is especially vibrant: numerous bars, restaurants and clubs work until the morning. One of the most famous is the Barsuk club, which has been operating for over 20 years. This is a proven place with history, a stable audience and a professional approach to the entertainment industry.

Vacancy: strip dancer with elements of consumption

Requirements for the candidate:
• Age from 18 to 35 years
• Work experience is welcomed, if you don’t have it, training will be provided
• Well-groomed, neat appearance
• Proportional curvy shapes will be an advantage
• Mandatory preliminary selection based on photos and videos

TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

The financial conditions of work provide for a stable income of 300,000 ₽ per month. For girls living independently, a guaranteed combustible salary is provided – 1,000 ₽ per shift. Girls living in apartments from the club are not paid a fixed salary. Daily payments include tips, surcharges for extensions and additional motivation. Tips and bonuses for “crazy” positions are divided equally – 50/50. When fulfilling the plan for privates in the amount of 60,000 ₽ (gross), a bonus of 10% is paid. Another 10% is provided for stable employment of five shifts per week. Each consumption is paid – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic – from 500 ₽. All extensions by guests are paid separately.

The work takes place in a comfortable, safe and confidential atmosphere. Flexible schedule is possible – from four shifts per week, or individual agreement. The club has a professional choreographer. For dancers, there is a solarium and care products, including stickini and cosmetics.

Working hours: arrival at the club from 20:30 to 21:00, shift starts at 22:00, ends at 06:00.

ACCOMMODATION

The club provides a free comfortable apartment for living. Utility payments are 2,000 ₽ per month per person.

DRESS CODE

For work, you need to have several sets of underwear, stage costumes or short, revealing dresses that match the club atmosphere. Shoes – professional high-platform shoes (strips).
