BIGBOSS CLUB, USAK

In the west of Turkey, in a mountainous area at an altitude of 907 m above sea level, is the city of Usak. It is surrounded by mountains of 1500-2000 m and more. The history of this region dates back more than 2 thousand years, and it is not one of the coastal tourist centers of Turkey. Nevertheless, in the city and its surroundings, luxury night entertainment establishments successfully operate, which invariably attract lovers of high-class recreation from Turkey and many other parts of the world.

Contracts in the BigBoss club: requirements for applicants and working conditions

BigBoss is a luxury country club located near the city of Usak. The club has vacancies for strip dancers with consumption and hostesses. The main requirements for the girls:

• • age from 18 to 28 years;

• • artistry, the ability to win over guests, maintain easy, relaxed communication and fun;

• • plasticity (for strip dancers);

• • external attractiveness, well-groomed figure without excess weight;

• • knowledge of English at a basic level.

To work successfully and increase their income level, girls are recommended to learn at least a few phrases in Turkish (this can be done while working under a contract; knowledge of Turkish is not required for approval to work at the club).

The contract is concluded for a period of 1 month. If the girl terminates it at her own request before the expiration of this period, the club reserves the right not to return her withheld salary for the first week.

The club opens at 9 pm local time and works until 5 am. Girls can take a day off once a week on any days from Monday to Thursday inclusive. You need to notify the administration about your day off in advance – 1-2 days.

The number of times strip dancers appear on stage is determined by the administration. Depending on the number of dancers in the club, each girl can dance from 2-4 times per shift to 2-4 times per week.

Meetings with guests outside of working hours without the consent of the administration and intimate relations with guests or club employees are prohibited.

The club practices the rendezvous system, when a girl goes on a date with a guest. You can only go on a rendezvous with prior approval from the management. This is a great way to increase your income and acquire regular fans.

Living conditions

For accommodation, apartments are provided at the club (in the same building). The apartments have a swimming pool, the rooms are equipped with everything necessary for the girls to feel comfortable. There are household appliances, an equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, air conditioning, Internet access, hot water. The rooms are spacious, 2-3 girls live in each.

Accommodation and meals are paid for by the club (the exception is a weekend – then the girl pays for the apartment herself). The living system is closed, you can only leave the apartment with the consent of the administration. On the weekend, you must return home no later than 21:30. It is mandatory to spend the night in the apartment, including on the weekend. Leaving the apartment before 13:00 is prohibited (except for individual cases by prior agreement with the administration).

Salary and bonuses

BigBoss Club has two salary payment schemes.

Option #1. Fixed rate + bonuses

The girl's base salary depends on the vacancy she occupies:

• • hostess – 1500-1700 lira per work shift (salary depends on appearance and experience);

• • Strip dancer (topless) – 2000 lira per work shift.

The number of strip dancers performing is 3 times per night.
The duration of the number on stage is 10-15 minutes.

Payments to girls for consumption:

• • small glass – 15 lira;

• • large glass – 30 lira.
• • On the day of sigorta the bonus for a small glass is 40 lira, for a large one – 50 lira.

It takes 10 to 20 minutes to drink a glass, depending on the drink chosen and the size of the glass. Girls are served both pure and diluted alcohol, and in most cases they drink beer.

Base rates are paid once a week, consumption bonuses are paid daily at the end of the work shift.

A big plus of the BigBoss club for girls working with fixed rates is the absence of a sigorta day, that is, hostesses receive their rate on any day of the week.

Option #2 Bonuses without a fixed rate

The girl works only for bonuses from consumption. In this case, she takes 50% of the cost of each drink consumed. The rates are as follows:

• • for a small glass – 15 lira;
• • large glass – 30 lira;

• • for a bottle of beer (0.33l) – 50 lira;

• • for a bottle of vodka (0.7 l) – 750 lira;

• • for a bottle of raki (Turkish vodka, 0.7l bottle) – 1,000 lira.
• • On the day of sigorta the bonus for a small glass is 40 lira, for a large one – 50 lira.

ATTENTION! BigBoss Club withholds girls' salaries for the first week and pays them at the end of the contract, regardless of the chosen payment scheme. Strip dancers share tips with the club in a 50/50 ratio.

IMPORTANT! BigBoss Club does not set any standards for consumption. There are no fines in the club either.

Rendezvous with guests brings additional payments to the girls.

How to get to Usak city

You can get to the city of Usak in the following way:

• • to Istanbul by plane (to New Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport);

• • at Istanbul airport, go to the domestic terminal and find the flight to Izmir (Andan Merderes airport) on the board;

• • from Izmir airport get to Izmir bus station (Izmir otogari). A regular bus departs from the airport every 30-60 minutes (or a transit route makes a stop). The main thing is to warn the driver that the girl plans to get off at Izmir otogari. The cost of a bus ticket is 3-5$. You can also take a taxi – a trip from the airport to the bus station will cost 10-12$;

• • At the Izmir bus station, find the “ANADOLU” carrier and buy a ticket for the next bus to Usak. The bus leaves every half hour.

A club representative meets the girls at the bus station in Usak and takes them to their apartments. This is a paid service (cost 80 lira), if necessary, the club can withhold this money from the girl's earnings.
