Caprice Club Jobs

The night club Caprice is located in the Italian city of Morbegno in northern Italy. The establishment invites young girls to work for hostess positions with active consumption.

Requirements for hostesses:

• beauty, youth, slim figure;
• sociable, non-conflict and positive character;
• responsibility, punctuality.

Knowledge of Italian is welcome but not mandatory for employment.

Working conditions

Club Caprice is open from Thursday to Monday inclusive. Tuesday and Wednesday are days off, so the girls have enough time to relax, shop and get to know Italy. Work shifts start at 10 pm and end at 5 am.

Accommodation is free. The rooms are located in the building above the club, each one accommodates two girls.

Hostesses are required to adhere to the rules established by the club. It is prohibited:

• use the phone during your shift;
• be at work while intoxicated;
• enter into conflicts with guests and other club employees.

In addition, the girls are required to maintain cleanliness in the rooms they live in. If a hostess does not work well or violates the rules, she can be fired before the end of the contract.

The salary of hostesses in Italian clubs consists of a base rate and bonuses for glasses. The rate depends on whether the girl speaks Italian:

• 60€/shift – for hostesses without knowledge of the language;
• 70€/shift – for girls who speak Italian.

The bonus for consumption is fixed – 1€ per glass.

Payments are made daily.

DRESS CODE IN THE CLUB

In terms of dress code, hostesses are not required to wear anything out of the ordinary. They need to look stylish, impressive, sexy, but not vulgar. It is better to leave comfortable sneakers, old jeans and a loose unisex T-shirt for the weekend. At work, the best choice is a tight-fitting short dress or a top/blouse + mini skirt set combined with high-heeled shoes.

How to get to Morbegno

To get to Morbegno, you need to buy a plane ticket to Milan. From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can get to Morbegno by bus with a transfer to a ferry or by taxi. The journey will take from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the type of transport.

The club does not meet girls at the airport. Girls get to the specified address on their own.
The girls pay for their own air tickets and transfer. No compensation is provided.
