WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE BAR

The club invites girls to apply for vacancies: hostesses and pole dancers.

Slender, without excess weight, pleasant-looking girls, aged from 19 to 35 years and height from 165 cm, who can create an atmosphere in the bar and maintain an interesting conversation are in demand. Knowledge of English at an intermediate level is mandatory, knowledge of Spanish is welcomed. The minimum contract term is 1 month.

Carambola bar is open 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday from 21:00 to 06:00 in the morning, day offday – Sunday. If the girls need an extra day off – it must be discussed with the bar manager in advance.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Carambola bar has 2 payment systems, the girl herself chooses which one she will work on.

1. Fixed rate 50€ per day + additional % for consumption.

The first 5 cocktails go to the bar, but even if the girl had 0 glasses, she still gets paid 50€.

From the 6th to the 8th glass, the girl additionally receives 25% of the cost of the drink. Starting from the 9th glass – 50%.

Tips – 100% to the girl.

Prices for drinks at the bar for guests:

Shot – 10€

Glass – 20€

Small champagne at the bar – 30€

Large champagne at the bar or in a private room with a girl (30 minutes) – 100€

Moet Champagne – 300€

In privateIn the room, the girl can chat, flirt, dance for the guest, everything according to her wishes and agreement with the guest. If desired, you can go outside the bar (salida) with the guest, the girl gets 180€.

2. Traditional 50/50 bar system. Tips – 100% to the girl.

Rates and working conditions for POLE DANCE DANCERS

Working hours: 6 days a week.

For each appearance on stage (1 show) the bar pays 10€. During the shift you need to make about 3 appearances on stage, depending on the number of guests in the bar.

During breaks between performances, the girls work as hostesses at the bar.

The girls receive all payments daily after their shift.

ACCOMMODATION

The bar management provides the girls with accommodation in apartments with all the amenities, 2-3 girls per room. Accommodation fee is 6€ per day.The bar is within walking distance from the apartment, the girls get there on foot.

DRESS CODE

A well-chosen image is a guarantee of good earnings for artists in any nightclub/bar. The best clothing option for a hostess is a tight cocktail dress or a low-cut top with an extreme mini. High-heeled shoes will help to make a win-win accent and draw attention to the beauty of your legs! To complement the image of a party girl, you need beautiful evening makeup, stylish manicure and fashionable styling. Don't forget about perfume!

The easiest way is to buy a plane ticket to Malaga. From Malaga you need to get there by bus to El Ejido, the lastThe bus leaves at 19:00. Girls need to buy a ticket so that they can catch the bus. At the stop in El Ejido, the bar manager will meet you and take you to the apartment.
