Club Pay Rates

There is no wage in the club. But there is a non-voluntary guarantee – 400 NOK per day (40€). The guarantee is paid only if the dancer has not earned an amount higher than 400 NOK per day * the number of working days the girl has per month. If the total amount of earnings of the dancer from private dances andIf the consumption is higher than the guarantor, the dancer receives only this amount.

Also during the shift, the girls take turns dancing on stage to receive tips. The show on stage lasts for 2 songs. The first song is in clothes, the second is topless, the last 15-20 seconds on stage are full nude. The girls keep the tips they receive in full.

The club provides for active consumption (girls themselves approach guests and offer to join them). Girls earn money ondrinks:

Dancers are paid at the end of the contract via bank card. Girls can receive a small advance for food and current expenses, which will then be deducted from their salary.
