• Requirements

The club is looking for attractive, slim, athletic girls aged 18-30 of any nationality to work as a dancer with consumption. Important:

• optimism;
• sociability;
• stress resistance;
• absence of addiction to drugs.

Since the club has an international team, it is necessary to have a sufficient level of spoken English for communication.

• Information about terms and payment

To successfully work as a dancer in a club, experience is not necessary, the main thing is the desire to earn money. Girls are taught everything else. Work for girls in Croatia occurs under the following conditions:

• Working hours: from 21:00 to 05:00 6 days a week (except Sundays and public holidays);
• active consumption;
• dancing on stage and privates.

The girls do not undress on stage. They dance in turns for 2 songs. Toplessness is only possible in a paid private or ordered performance. Consummation from champagne is 15% (issued in cash at the end of each shift). For example, for a bottle of Moet Chandon Medium, a dancer's earnings are 20 €. Other drinks of 0.75 l depend on the price (within 30-241 € per consumption). Moet Chandon 3l costs 296 €. The club has a “Crazy menu” consisting of more than 20 items, including:

• private;
• lesbian show;
• slow dance with a dancer;
• champagne room packages;
• BDSM fetishes (without causing harm to health, exclusively for the entertainment of guests, for example, spanking a guest with a soft whip, etc.).

Earnings from the Crazy Menu vary between 30-50%. The funds are also paid in cash at the end of the shift. For example, a slow dance with a visitor is 21€, private – 24€, lap dance – 27€. The maximum that a girl can get working in Croatia from the Crazy Menu is 133€. And this is without intimacy, deception, harassment, insults and other unacceptable things. The minimum earnings for the Champagne Room are 150€, depending on the cost of the drink. The duration of the performance is 45 minutes. Tips belong entirely to the dancer. Important: cash when working on consumption in Croatia is paid in the local currency – kuna.

• Dress code

Working as a consummator in Croatian clubs requires an elegant, sexy style. The girls wear stylish cocktail dresses, beautiful skirts and tops. It is forbidden to remain in only underwear – a cape or something else to cover up with is required. On stage, the girls perform in costumes. Necessary conditions for work:

• beautiful makeup;
• clean hair and hairstyle;
• absence of excess hair on the body;

The girls' appearance is checked daily before the shift. If these requirements are not met, the rate of one shift may be withdrawn.

• Additional information about the vacancy

To work in Croatia on consumption, girls independently buy air, railway and other tickets to the destination. The club management does not pay for the travel. But it meets you upon arrival and provides a transfer to the apartment, as well as the road to the club and back. Accommodation is provided free of charge. Girls live in apartments with European-quality repairs, located within the city, near the sea (10-20 minutes walk), a bus stop (5 minutes), grocery stores.

You can walk to your place of work and the city center in a sack. It takes no more than 25 minutes. But the girls are also guaranteed a free transfer from the apartment to the club and back. In the apartments, 2 girls live in a room at a time. There is everything for living, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi. In case of damage to property, the girls are charged a compensation amount. Additionally, at the end of the month you need to pay for electricity and water (the girls divide the amount from the receipt equally between themselves). When working as strip dancers in Croatia, girls are given social benefits in the amount of 300 €. This amount includes tax, pension and medical benefits. According to the laws of the Republic of Croatia, personal bank accounts are opened for employees free of charge (the procedure takes up to 15 minutes). From the 1st to the 10th day of the next month, 600 € is credited to the bank account, and the girls can use Internet banking, transfer their funds to other accounts. If a dancer works 26 days, she is paid €338 (€13 in cash daily).

• Club Rules

Dancers during consumption in the club are prohibited from:

• provide personal information and contacts to guests of the establishment;
• arrange a meeting outside the club;
• provide escort services and engage in prostitution in any of its manifestations;
• to promise something that cannot be fulfilled.

For failure to comply with these rules, the girl faces dismissal with withholding of salary and percentage earned for the shift.
