Albania as a tourist destination has only recently begun to actively develop, and not everyone associates it with beaches, night clubs and fascinating ancient ruins. However, all of this is present in the country – and Albania’s attractiveness among European tourists is growing every day.

The capital of Albania, Tirana, is not only the country's political and economic center, but also the flagship of the Albanian entertainment industry. Tourist life here is in full swing 24/7 – during the day, guests visit traditional attractions, and in the evening, European-level nightclubs and bars open their doors for them. One of the best strip clubs in Tirana confidently maintains its place in the TOP of the most visited night spots in this city.

Requirements for candidates for employment in the club

The club invites beautiful girls from the Baltic States, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine to work. The club has vacancies for strip dancers with consumption. The main requirements for applicants:

• • attractive appearance (beautiful face, slim figure);

• • age 18 years and older;

• • communication skills;

• • plasticity, the ability to dance beautifully and erotically;

• • knowledge of spoken English;

• • charm, the ability to attract the attention of guests, to maintain a casual conversation over a glass of cocktail.

Experience working on similar strip contracts in Albania or any other countries will be an advantage for the girl when considering her candidacy, but is not a mandatory condition.

To be approved for a vacancy at the club, you must submit a questionnaire and attach photographs (in good quality, without Photoshop or other image processing tools); it is also advisable to provide a video.

Working hours and conditions

Contracts with dancers are concluded for a period of 1 month. As a rule, girls work 1-3 months.

The club is open daily, seven days a week, until 5-6 a.m., if there are a lot of guests, the girls can be kept a little longer – until the last visitor. Strip dancers are given a day off once a week (you must notify the manager in advance and get his consent).

The number of appearances on stage varies, it is determined by the administration. The performance on stage lasts 2 compositions, it is not necessary to undress.

The girls are provided with comfortable rooms in apartments for accommodation. Each room accommodates several dancers (usually 2-3). There is everything you need to rest and gain strength before work (including stable Internet access). The girls decide on their own food and at their own expense. In Albania, food is inexpensive, so many dancers prefer to order delivery.

The club provides transportation from the apartment to work and back at its own expense.

Club Pay Rates

Strippers at the club receive a fixed rate plus bonus payments for consumption and dancing. Base rate:

• • 40€ – for girls who dance on the pole without undressing;

• • 50€ – for dancers who strip down to their underwear on the pole.

The first three glasses of consumption are the established norm without bonus payment. For every fourth and subsequent cocktail that a guest treats a girl to, she receives a payment of 5€. For a bottle of champagne, dancers are entitled to a payment of 20% of the cost of the bottle.

The cost of privates is divided between the dancer and the club in a 50% to 50% ratio. So, for a topless private dance costing €50, the girl will receive a bonus of €25. A full-strip private costing €80 will bring the dancer an additional payment of €40.

Tips are split equally between the dancer and the club.

How to get to Albania

There is an international airport in the capital of Albania, so the easiest way to get to Tirana is to buy a plane ticket. Not all countries have direct flights to Albania, so depending on the departure point, sometimes you have to fly with a transfer. For example, Russian women get there via Istanbul or Belgrade. The girls are met at the airport and taken to the apartment at the employer's expense.

The club compensates part of the cost of tickets (but not more than 100€) to girls who successfully worked a month's contract without violations. If the dancer worked for 3 months, the establishment pays compensation for the full cost of tickets to Tirana.
