CLUB #4, DURRES

Durres is a seaside resort, port and the second largest city in Albania. Situated on the Adriatic coast, opposite the Italian ports of Bari and Brindisi, it offers tourists round-the-clock fun: wide sandy beaches, a smooth entry into the warm sea and numerous nightclubs and bars of European standard. One of these clubs is RedLips, which invites girls for the vacancy of a club hostess.

REQUIREMENTS FOR GIRLS:

Attractive appearance (beautiful face, slim figure);
Age from 18 to 35 years;
Communication skills;
Knowledge of spoken English;
Sociability, ability to interest a guest and maintain an interesting conversation.
Work experience is welcomed, but not required. To be considered for the vacancy, you must send several high-qualityphotos and fill out the form. Videos are welcome.

WORKING SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS

RedLips Club is located on the outskirts of Durres by the sea. The club has live music. The minimum contract is 1 month. Usually the girls work 1-3 months. The club is open daily from 22:00 to 04:00/05:00 in the morning. The hostesses are given one day off per week, preferably on a weekday. The main duties include maintaining a fun atmosphere and participating in dancing 3-4 times a night for 3-5 minutes.
Fixed rate – 40 € (except Saturday);
Bonuses for consumption: cocktail – €5, champagne – €30;
Tips are split 50/50 with the musicians.
Payments are made daily after the shift in euros or leks.

PROHIBITIONS ANDRESTRICTIONS:

Meet guests outside the club;
Enter into intimate relationships with guests;
Kiss guests on the lips;
Stealing and behaving inappropriately;
Use a mobile phone in the club;
Missing a work shift without a valid reason.
Violation of the rules will result in penalties ranging from a fine to dismissal.

ACCOMMODATION

The apartments for accommodation are located 3-4 minutes walk from the club. Accommodation is free, girls pay only for utilities (about 100 € per month). There are 3 beds in the room. Meals are at your own expense, many girls order food delivery.

DRESS CODE

A well-chosen image is the key to success. Hostesses should look attractive, wear high heels, cocktail dresses, skirts or trousers. Makeup andHairstyle is a must – bright evening make-up and well-groomed hair.

HOW TO GET TO DURRES

The easiest way to get to Durres is to take a plane ticket to Tirana, the capital of Albania. The club boss or his driver will pick you up from the airport and take you to your apartment in Durres. Depending on the country of departure, you may need to change planes (for example, Russians fly via Istanbul or Belgrade). The club does not compensate for the cost of plane tickets. Citizens of Ukraine are visa-free, others need to check visa requirements.
