In the busy bustle of everyday business, residents and visitors of Aberdeen find time not only to visit magnificent castles and other historical and architectural monuments, but also to visit the city's luxurious nightclubs.

Requirements for girls to be hired at the club

A Scottish club has vacancies for strip-pole dancers. Girls who meet the following requirements are accepted for work in Europe under a contract:

• not younger than 18 years;
• spectacular attractive appearance;
• non-conflict character;
• responsibility, dedication;
• slim, fit figure;
• plasticity, dance skills (professional choreographic training is welcome, but not mandatory).

Applicants from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Moldova are being hired to work as strip dancers in a nightclub in Scotland, and candidates from Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia are also being considered. The procedure for entering Scotland depends on your current citizenship:

• for EU citizens and Ukrainian women with a “protection” visa, no additional visa processing is required;
• For girls from non-EU countries, a student or work visa issued by the United Kingdom is required.

It is possible to hire girls to work in clubs in Scotland on the basis of a UK residence permit, however, only those who have lived in the UK for 5 years or more can work on the basis of such a residence permit.

Working conditions in the club

Contracts for working as a dancer in a club in Scotland are accepted for a period of 4-8 weeks. If the employer and the dancer are satisfied with the cooperation, the contract period can be extended by agreement.

The club's working hours are as follows:

• from Sunday to Thursday (inclusive) – from 20:00 in the evening to 02:00 at night;
• Friday, Saturday – from 20:00 pm to 03:00 am.

As a rule, dancers take a day off once a week by prior agreement with the management. If the contract is short-term, the girl can work without days off (if desired).

The girls' responsibilities include:

• communication with guests, consummation;
• private dances;
• participation in a pole dance show (no more than 2-3 dances per work shift).

Shows are held periodically, but not daily. For a pole dance show, you should choose a sexy, but not vulgar image. Girls can perform topless, but in no case completely naked.

ATTENTION! Girls who dance VIP dance during the show may not participate in the pole dance show.

Accommodation conditions, transfer

During their work at a nightclub in Scotland, the employer provides the girls with housing. The dancers are provided with rooms in apartments in the center of Aberdeen, a five-minute walk from the club building. Four girls are accommodated in cozy, well-kept rooms. All necessary furniture and household appliances are in good condition.

IMPORTANT!

• a place in the apartment must be booked in advance;
• Accommodation is subject to a fee (£25 per day);
• If a girl lives in an apartment, then the term of her contract is at least 4 weeks, with a 5-6-day work week (Friday and Saturday are work days).

The club does not provide compensation for the cost of tickets or transfers from the airport. The girls travel to work in Scotland at their own expense, and they also pay for taxis from the airport to the apartments themselves.

How much do dancers earn in a club

The job of a strip dancer in Scotland is well paid. The club does not provide for the payment of fixed rates to the girls. Strippers earn money by dancing and consumption.

The procedure for calculating payments:

• private dances – 70% of the cost of the private dance goes to the girl, 30% goes to the club. Cost of private dances in the club:

– topless (1 song) – £10;

– full nud (1 song) – £20;

– full nud (3 songs) – 50£;

-VIP Dances (30 minutes) – 130 £;

• champagne. For the first bottle, the hostess dancer keeps 20% of its cost, for the second and subsequent ones – 50% (if the bartender sold the bottle to the guest, the bonus for him is 20%, for a repeat order – 10%. This rule applies even if the guest is talking to the dancer);
• cocktails. 20% of the cost of the first drink sold and 10% of the cost of each subsequent one.

Tips up to £10 (from one guest) are taken by the dancer in full. If the tip is £10 or more, it is divided into 70% for the girl and 30% for the club.

For a working shift, a dancer-hostess can earn £200-300, and the weekly income of active, attractive girls with a good knowledge of English is from £1400.

Prohibitions and restrictions in the club

While working as a strip dancer – hostess in a club, girls are required to strictly adhere to the rules of the establishment. Club employees are prohibited from:

• ask for tips from guests. Guests give tips voluntarily. If a guest is not inclined to encourage the girl's work, you cannot force him to do so or ask for money;
• behave aggressively, provoke conflicts with guests or take part in them (first violation – fine of £100, repeated – dismissal);
• appearing at work drunk (first violation – fine £100, repeat violation – dismissal);
• use a mobile phone (except in specially designated places) (fine);
• exchange personal contacts or leave the club with a guest (dismissal).

Girls are also prohibited from taking cash with them. The club provides a special transparent plastic bag for personal belongings. You cannot leave money in it.
