TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

Club FINAL is interested in mutually beneficial cooperation with agencies for hiring beautiful charming girls from 19 to 30 years old. You can work in the club only with a work visa. A work visa is opened for 1 year, the registration takes about 4 weeks. The contract period is from six months and longer.

Upon arrival, the girls are met at the airport. The next step before starting work is a medical examination, registration of medical insurance. The girls must undergo an additional medical examination every 3 months at their own expense (the cost is about 80 lira).

Vacancies

The club always requires active and attractive artists and hostesses. The FINAL club offers vacancies to goal-oriented beauties from all over the world:

• • ballet with a show program;

• • go-go dancers;

• • pole-dance dancers;

• • professional singers.

Additional payments for consumption are provided for dancers and singers.

Working hours

FINAL CLUB opens at 22:00 and works until 05:30, the same amount of time the artists and hostesses work shift lasts. The number of strip dancers and go-go performances is set by the club administration. It directly depends on the number of dancers who work in the club. You can dance 2-4 times per work shift, or 2-4 times per week.

Rendezvous are prohibited at the FINAL club.

Payment and bonuses

The earnings of girls in the FINAL club consist of a fixed rate, bonuses for glasses, a bonus for a certain number of glasses at the end of the week, and tips.

The fixed rate of pay depends on the vacancy:

• • hostess – $1000 per month;

• • professional show ballet – from $1100.

A fixed rate is paid to the girls once a week.

For girls, there are bonuses for glasses drunk with guests (consumption) – the payment is daily. The girl can drink pure alcohol or diluted at her choice, this does not affect the size of the bonus.

Bonuses for consumption:

• • small glass (drinks in 15 minutes) – 10 lira;

• • medium glass (drinks in half an hour) – 20 lira;

• • large glass (takes about an hour to drink) – 40 lira.

An important nuance: the police are considered guests of the club, but the girls are not paid bonuses for the glasses they drink, so you shouldn’t spend a lot of time on them (15-20 minutes of polite, restrained communication is enough).

Bonuses for a certain number of glasses drunk per week:

• • 50 glasses – $50

• • 75 glasses – $75

• • 100 glasses – $100

Bonus payments are made weekly.

The girl keeps the tips left by the guests completely for herself without any restrictions. This is also a daily income.

Sigorta Day (one day a week, Sunday) is the rule of all night clubs in Turkey. The girl does not receive a bet, she only receives a percentage of drinks.

Accommodation, meals, transfer

The girls stay at the FINAL club staff hotel in rooms for 2-3 people. The hotel is located in the center of Ankara. The girls pay for the hotel accommodation and travel to and from the club and it costs about 70 lira per day.

The club provides two meals a day: before and after the work shift.
