Club Pay Rates

The club calculates a guarantee of 14,400 crowns ($1,679.93) for 4 weeks, and 7,200 crowns ($839.97) for 2 weeks. The guarantee is calculated at the end of the contract and is paid only if the dancer has not earned an amount higher than the guarantee (from private dances and consumption). If the total amount for the entire contract is higher than the guarantee, the dancer receives only this amount.

Dancers in the club earn money by giving private dances, lapdance (dancing on the guest's lap) and bachelors show (this show can be danced by very experienced and advanced artists,the club management itself decides who is ready to dance such a show), as well as for consumption.

Also during the shift, the girls dance on the main stage, and on the small stage (for tips). Each girl dances on stage 5-7 times a night, the performance lasts on average 2 songs. The club provides for active consumption (the girls themselves approach the guests and offerto keep company). Girls earn money on drinks:

1 piccolo – 100 CZK (must be drunk within 10-15 minutes);

1 bottle of champagne – 300, 600, 800, 1000 CZK depending on the brand of champagne (from 15 to 60 minutes).

Dancers are paid into their bank account once a month.

Monthly earnings in the club range from €2,000 to €8,000 (it all depends on how the girl works).
