CLUB,SARANDA

Saranda is a small resort town in the southern part of Albania on the coast of the Ionian Sea. The sun shines here 300 days a year, and the basis of the city's life is tourism. Guests from all over Europe come to Saranda. Some come here to contemplate the ancient ruins included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, others – for the light and sparkling fun of local nightlife venues, including Club.

Working conditions in the club

The club requires young attractive girls for the vacancies of dancers with consumption. Duties include strip, lap dance. Consumation in the club is active. The main requirements for applicants:

• not younger than 18 years;
• fluent knowledge of English. Based on the results of reviewing the application, a girl with a striking appearance and good choreographic training may be accepted without knowledge of English, but working on consumption in this case will be more difficult;
• plastic;
• the ability to move erotically, dance beautifully;
• slim figure;
• communication skills.
• Preference is given to girls from Moldova, Belarus, Estonia, Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Latvia, Kazakhstan.

Experience working on strip contracts is welcome, but not a requirement. To be approved for the vacancy, you need to send several good quality photos for consideration and fill out a questionnaire. It is also advisable to attach a video.

ATTENTION! Work in the club is seasonal. The club works from mid-April to the end of October.

IMPORTANT! The two clubs belong to the same owner, so when reviewing applications, the administration decides which of these establishments the girl is more suitable for. The opinion of the applicants is taken into account, but the final decision is made by the club. The contract is concluded for a period of 1 calendar month. If the contract is concluded for a period of 90 days or more, the girls obtain a work permit.

Working hours

The club opens daily at 22:00 (girls need to be at the club at 21:00 to have time to get ready for work) and works until 05:00-06:00 in the morning, depending on the number of visitors. A day off is provided once a week (you need to agree on a day off with the administration in advance). During a shift, each dancer makes an average of 5-6 exits. Each exit is 3 dances lasting up to 3 minutes each. The girls dance at the pole in their underwear, there is no need to undress on stage. Private dances are performed topless.

Accommodation and meals

The girls are provided with rooms in a private house (there is everything necessary for life). Accommodation is free, transfer from home to work and back is at the expense of the club. The girls pay for their own meals. In Albania, food is inexpensive, and most dancers order delivery. If desired, you can cook for yourself (the house where the girls live has a comfortable kitchen with all the necessary furniture and household appliances).

Arrival in Tirana

Girls get to Tirana by plane at their own expense. They are met at the airport and taken to their place of residence (transfer is paid for by the club). ATTENTION! If a girl works under a contract at the club for the first time, then in case of working out the contract for at least 1 calendar month without violations and penalties, the club will reimburse up to 50% of the cost of tickets to Albania (but not more than 100€).

Visas and insurance

Upon arrival in Albania, the girls take out an insurance policy at their own expense (this is mandatory for working in the club). The cost of the policy is 100€. Nuances of the Albanian visa regime:

• Citizens of Moldova and Ukraine do not require a visa. They are granted an extended period of stay – 90 days every six months;
• Russian women can also stay in Albania without a visa for no more than 90 days out of every 180;
• Citizens of Belarus require a Schengen visa (except for the summer months).

Salary and bonus payments in the club

Strip dancers at the club receive a fixed rate of 40€ for each shift worked. There are also additional bonus payments for consumption and private dances. There is no established norm for consumption. Consumation:

• For each cocktail the girl is paid 3.5-4€. You can drink non-alcoholic drinks. The cocktail is drunk in about 10 minutes. In order to continue communicating with the girl, the guest must order another drink for her.
• A bottle of champagne will bring a girl a bonus of 15-300€.

The girls split the tips with the club 50/50. A private dance lasts 7 minutes. For each private, the dancer receives 20€. The club pays out bets and bonuses daily, the day after the work shift. The girls receive their salaries in the national currency of Albania at the rate of the national bank of the country on the date of payment.

Prohibitions, restrictions and fines in the club

The club has a system of fines for violations such as:

• being late for work/being late to go on stage;
• theft;
• inappropriate behavior (rudeness to a guest, participation in conflicts with visitors and club employees, violation of subordination).

ATTENTION! Meetings with guests outside the club, intimate relations with guests and employees of the establishment are strictly prohibited. For violating this rule, the girl is fired immediately without payment of wages.
