Working conditions in the club

To be approved for a vacancy, you need to send several good quality photos for consideration and fill out a questionnaire. It is also advisable to attach a video.

Contracts with strip dancers in Albania are concluded for a period of 1 calendar month.

The club is open daily from 20:00 to 06:00 in the morning.

During the shift, each dancer makes an average of 5-6 exits. Each exit is 3 dances, each lasting up to 3 minutes. The girls dance in their underwear, also topless.

Private dances are performed topless.

For accommodation, girls are provided with rooms in a private house (there is everything necessary for life). Accommodation is paid, 80€ per month.

The girls pay for their own meals. Food here is inexpensive, and most of the dancers during the periodwork in Albania orders delivery. If desired, you can cook for yourself (in the house where the girls live, there is a comfortable kitchen with all the necessary furniture and household appliances).

Girls get to Tirana by plane at their own expense. They are met at the airport and taken to their place of residence (transfer is paid for by the club).

Nuances of the Albanian visa regime:

– citizens of Moldova, Ukraine, Kazakhstan do not require a visa. They are granted an extended period of stay – 90 days every six months;

-Russian citizens require a visa (except for the summer months)

– citizens of the Republic of Belarus visa-free for 30 days.

Salary and bonus payments in the club

Strip dancers at a club in Albania from the Prestige modeling agency receive a fixed rate of €50 for each shift worked.There are also additional bonus payments for consumption and private dances. There is no established norm for consumption.

Consummation:

– for each cocktail the girl is paid 500 lek. You can drink non-alcoholic drinks.

The cocktail is drunk for about 10 minutes. In order to continue communicating with the girl, the guest must order another drink for her.

The girls split the tips with the club 50/50.

A private dance lasts 7 minutes. For each private dance, a Prestige Model Agency dancer receives 30€.

Salary is paid once a month, for cocktails and privates – every day.

The girls receive their salaries in the national currency of Albania at the exchange rate of the country's national bank on the date of payment.

ATTENTION! Meetings with guests outside the club, intimate relationships with guests and employees of the establishment are strictly prohibited.If this rule is violated, the girl is fired immediately without payment of wages.

Dress code in the club

The club has a dress code for strip dancers. Strip dancers of Prestige Model Agency must look intriguing, sexy: spectacular strip costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, capes. Heels must be high 11-15 cm, strippers are allowed.

Makeup and hair are a must. Makeup should always be on! Not daytime, but good evening make-up, with bright expressive eyes and lips. Hair should look well-groomed. Straighten, curl – it's up to you, but the look should be as if you were having a holiday! Your appearance is your business card!
