CRYSTAL CLUB, MODENA

Requirements for candidates

The Crystal Club in Modena invites girls to work in Italy. The club has open hostess vacancies for applicants from Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Kazakhstan and Lithuania. To be employed, a girl must meet the following criteria:

– age from 20 to 30 years;

-height 170 cm and above;

– a slim, beautiful, fit figure without excess weight is a MUST;

– non-conflict character;

– good manners, pleasant communication style, sociability;

-knowledge of the Italian language at a conversational level;

– experience of working in Italy under a contract in similar positions is required.

Work schedule and main conditions of the contract with the Crystal club

Club Crystal accepts girls for work in Italy for a period of at least 2 months. It is not possible to conclude a contract for a shorter period.

The club is open from Tuesday to Sunday, girls are given one day off a week – Monday. On their day off, girls must spend the night in the apartments.

The work shift starts at 22:00 and ends at 04:00 (on weekends – at 05:00).

Hostesses are responsible for passive consumption. Active consumption is encouraged but not required.

ATTENTION! When going to work in Italy, you must take out an insurance policy.

The club has a system of chen and serat (paid dates with guests outside the club). Chens and serats count as consumption. Such dates do not involve any intimacy, but to be sure of your safety, you must always coordinate chens and serats with the club's management. The administration only lets girls go with verified, solvent guests. If the management objects, then you cannot go to a meeting with a guest.

ATTENTION! For going to the cheny or serata without permission from the management, the club may withhold a fine of 250-300€ from the girl's earnings

Accommodation and transfer

During the period of work, the club provides the girl with a room in the apartments for free. The apartments are located in the city center, everything you need for a comfortable life and a full rest is in them. In each apartment live 3-4 girls from among the club employees.

There is no fixed Internet in the apartments. To ensure stable access to the global network, you can get a local SIM card with free mobile Internet.

The girls eat at their own expense. The hostesses also get to and from work on their own (the apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from the club, so there are no extra travel expenses).

ATTENTION! The club does not meet you upon arrival in Modena. The girls get there by taxi on their own to the address indicated in the instructions.

Payout rates and bonus system in Crystal Club

Club Crystal offers high-paying work for girls in Italy. The norm for hostesses in the club is 100 consumations. The rate depends on whether the girl fulfills the norm:

– if you make 100 consumptions, the rate will be 70€ for each shift worked;

– after 120 consumptions, the girl gets an additional 5€ for each glass;

– if the girl does not do the norm and does not speak Italian, the rate is reduced to 60€ per shift;

– if a hostess does not have glasses for several work shifts in a row, she is not paid her salary and her contract may be terminated early.

If the girl fulfills the plan, the club fully pays for her accommodation in the apartment.

Salary and bonuses are paid every two weeks. If necessary, you can take an advance.

ATTENTION! The club holds a deposit equal to the hostess's weekly wage. If the girl works off her two-month contract without complaints, she is paid this money upon completion of her work.
