To work successfully in the club, a girl must have a good command of English. The management prefers girls who have not previously worked in other clubs in Malta.

Conditions:

• contract term – from two weeks;

• 6 working days a week.

All that is required from a girl to work in a club is to dance on a pole in a suit or underwear. And also to participate in private dances (topless or completely naked).

The club has two pylons – static and dynamic.

The cost of privates is from 20€ per dance lasting 1 track (3 minutes).

Additionally, you can earn money by consuming:

• for 1 drink costing 7.5€ the girl gets 2€;

• For a bottle of drink the profit is 10% of the cost at the bar.

When consuming with guests, girls wear beautiful tops with low necklines, short skirts and sexy dresses.

Earnings from privates and tips are shared with the club 60/40. There is no fixed rate.

Payments – every 14 days.

The club provides the girls with airport transfers. At the end of the contract, the dancers get to the airport on their own.

Girls are provided with good housing within walking distance from the sea at a price of 12€ per day. New workers, collaborating with the club for the first time, are given the opportunity to live in apartments for free for the first two weeks.

The girls buy the tickets themselves. For new girls, after two weeks of work, the cost of the ticket is partially compensated in the amount of 100€.
