TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

Dreams club invites beautiful girls to work on a work visa for pole dancing and passive consumption. The main contingent of clients of the club are guests from the USA, therefore one of the requirements for girls is at least a basic level of English. The minimum duration of the contract for artists and hostesses is 1 month. If for some reason the girl does not work a full month, she receives a payment depending on the percentage earned.

Rates and payment

During the first, trial week, girls receive a fixed rate: 200€ plus 20% of the consumption for glasses. A private dance is paid 50/50, tips are also divided between the girl and the club 50/50. Upon completion of the trial period, girls are considered hired and receive 50% of all consumption. Fixed rates for girls for private:

• 15 minutes – 25€;
• 30 minutes – 50€.

Bonus rates for consumption are provided not only for glasses, but also for bottles:

• the cost of a bottle is from 250 to 1000€ (girls on probation or on a salary receive 20% or from 50 to 200€, girls working on a percentage receive 50% of the cost);
• drinks – 15€ per glass (of which girls on a wager receive 2€ from each glass, girls on a percentage – 7€).

The average earnings of a girl, subject to compliance with all the rules of the club, is up to 3000€ per month (it should be remembered that according to Italian laws, taxes are payable on earnings – 5€ from every 100€ earned). Salary rates are paid weekly, to a bank card.

Working conditions

It is mandatory for girls to obtain insurance when applying for a job. The Dreams club schedule is daily, from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM, the same amount of time a girl's work shift lasts. During a daily work shift, it is necessary to dance 2 tracks on stage 2-3 times a night. The girl performs the dance topless – both on stage and privately. An important nuance – the pole in the Dreams club does not move, there is no pancake below. Girls are given one day off per week – from Sunday to Wednesday of their choice. On her day off, the girl can spend time at her own discretion, but is obliged to return to the hotel before the club closes.

Intimate relations are strictly prohibited in Dreams club. The client must be dressed, no unbuttoned buttons. Girls are strictly prohibited from meeting with guests of Dreams club. For violation of club rules girls are subject to a fine of 500€, as well as dismissal without payment of wages.

Accommodation and transfer

For accommodation, girls are provided with apartments in a hotel near the hypermarket. You need to pay for utilities (2€ per day) and wi-fi (5€ per month). 2 times a week – on Tuesday and Friday, the Dreams club provides girls with a car to go shopping. The employer also delivers the girls to work in the club and back to the apartments. The accommodation system is closed. There is a bus stop not far from the apartments – on their day off, girls can go to the sea, relax on the beach or go shopping.
