Main Requirements:

• The ability to engage guests and maintain interesting conversations is a key factor.

WORK CONDITIONS AT THE CLUB

Strip dancers are responsible for performing on stage, conducting private dances, and actively engaging with guests. Contracts are available for a minimum duration of one month, with most dancers working between one and three months. The club is open every day from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM without weekends. Each night, dancers are required to perform 5-7 stage shows, each lasting 3 minutes. Strip dancers can choose to perform topless, but this can be discussed with the club manager if necessary.

Payment Structure:
Dancers receive a fixed salary of €60 per shift.

Private dance rates (10 minutes):

• Full nude – €50;
• Topless – €35.

Additionally, dancers can earn bonuses from drink sales:

• Cocktail – €4:
• Bottle of champagne – counts as six consumptions.

Tips are split 50/50 with the club if they exceed €20. If the tip is less than €20, dancers keep 100% of the amount.

ACCOMMODATION

Dancers are provided with comfortable apartments, typically shared by two women per room. Food is not provided, but the cost of living in Albania is low, and many dancers opt for food delivery. The club is located in Lushnje, while the apartments are in Vlorë, with free transportation between the accommodations and the club.
