REQUIREMENTS FOR STRIP DANCER:

• Age up to 35 years old
• Experience in pole dancing
• Well-groomed and attractive appearance
• Active and sociable personality
• English proficiency
• No excess weight

WORKING CONDITIONS

The club is located in Athens, featuring a modern design, excellent working conditions, and accommodation close to the club—a perfect choice for a successful and comfortable experience.

Position: Strip dancer with active guest interaction (consumption model)

Bonus: Dancers can drink non-alcoholic beverages

• Minimum contract period: 1 month
• Work schedule:
• Sunday – Thursday: 23:00 – 06:00
• Friday – Saturday: 23:00 – 07:00
• 1 day off per week

Performance requirements:

Dancers perform topless pole dance 3-4 times per shift

The club is equipped with a dynamic pole.

SALARY & PAYOUTS

Daily base rate: €70 per night

The club withholds the first 6 cards

Each card is valued at €10

Additional earnings:

40% commission on drinks & private dances

30% commission on lap dances

Champagne commission:

30% from Greek guests

20% from foreign tourists (regardless of champagne price at the bar)

Private dance earnings:

Topless private: €50, lasts 10 minutes

Full strip private: €100, lasts 20 minutes

Tips:

Up to €10 can be kept entirely by the dancer

Tips over €10 must be exchanged at the cashier for club cards

Payouts: Daily

RESTRICTIONS & RULES:

• Personal meetings with club guests outside of work are restricted
• Conflicts with guests, staff, or other dancers are strictly prohibited
• In case of illness preventing work attendance, the dancer must receive manager approval to stay at the accommodation

ACCOMMODATION

For strip dancers working through Prestige Model Agency, the club provides free modern, air-conditioned apartments with 2-3 girls per room.

Dancers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the apartments.

DRESS CODE

Costumes for strip dancing, bodysuits and bustiers, short dresses, short skirts, open tops, strippers, bright accent jewelry.

Evening make-up and hair styling, manicure.
