Requirements for girls for employment

Club Tout Va announces the opening of vacancies for hostesses with passive consumption. Candidacies of girls from the Baltic States, Moldova, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine are considered for employment.

To get a high-paying job in Italy at the Turin club Tout Va, a girl must meet the following criteria:

– age 25-30 years;

-height 165 cm and above;

– a slim, toned figure without extra pounds;

-attractiveness;

-well-groomed appearance;

– non-conflict character;

– sociability, the ability to quickly win over the interlocutor and maintain a casual conversation;

– good manners.

For work in clubs in Italy, knowledge of Italian is desirable. If a girl speaks Italian, it will be a big plus when considering the questionnaire and will greatly simplify her work on consumption.

Working conditions at Tout Va club

The working shift of girls in the Tout Va club lasts from 22:00 to 05:00. During work in Italy under the contract, the hostess is given a day off once a week by prior agreement with the manager.

The following are counted as consumption:

-drinks that the guest treats the girl to;

-chens and serats (a system of “dates” when a guest “buys out” a hostess from a club for several hours or for the entire work shift).

IMPORTANT! When communicating with guests, it is not recommended to touch on the topic of the girl's personal life.

ATTENTION! Don't be afraid to participate in chens and serats – the main thing is to agree with the management with whom the girl goes on such a date. Firstly, this is necessary for safety reasons – the club will let the girl go only if the guest is verified, reliable and has proven himself well. Secondly, the club reserves the right to impose a fine on the girl for participating in chens and serats without consent. The fine is 250-300€.

On weekends and between shifts, girls can use their free time as they wish; the club does not control or impose any restrictions.

Accommodation and transfer

During their work in Italy, the girls are accommodated in the club's apartments. There are 2-3 girls in each room. The apartments are located in a nice, cozy area, and have all the necessary furniture and household appliances. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartments, so it is worth getting a local SIM card with mobile Internet. This will cost about 10€ per month.

The club pays for the accommodation, except for the days when the girl takes a day off. On her day off, the hostess pays 15€ for the accommodation.

Also, at the end of the contract, the girls pay 20€ for cleaning the room.

The club may retain a deposit for the apartment key. This money must be collected at the end of the contract.

The apartments are located within walking distance from the establishment, so the girls get to and from work on their own, on foot.

ATTENTION! The club does not organize meeting at the station. The girls take a taxi from the railway station to the apartment themselves.

Pay rates, standards and bonuses in the Tout Va club

How much the Tout Va club will pay for the work of a hostess in Italy directly depends on how well she works at consumption.

When hiring, the club sets a minimum base rate in the range of 60-70€ per work shift (the level of the fixed payment depends on the girl’s appearance, her work experience and knowledge of the Italian language).

The rate is calculated depending on the fulfillment of the consumption standard according to the following scale:

-91-130 consumptions = 65€/shift;

-131-170 consumptions = 75€/shift;

-171-210 consumptions = 90€/shift;

-211-250 consumptions = 100€/shift;

-251-290 consumptions = 110€/shift;

-291-330 consumptions = 120€/shift;

-331 or more consumptions = 130€/shift.

After 171 consumptions, a bonus of €1 is awarded for each subsequent glass.

If the norm is not met, the girl will receive her minimum rate for the shift. It should be taken into account that the scale remains unchanged regardless of what base rate the hostess came for. That is, if a girl goes for a base rate of 65€, she will receive more than this amount only after the 131st and subsequent glasses.

If the hostess does not consume for several shifts in a row, she may not be paid a fixed rate, and the club also reserves the right to terminate the contract early in such a situation.

Club Tout Va pays bets and bonuses once every two weeks. If necessary, the girl can ask for an advance payment.
