In the north of Italy, 40 km from the famous Verona, not far from Rovigo, on the Adige River, there is a picturesque area called Legnago. It played an important role from a military point of view in the early Middle Ages. In the 19th century, it was one of the Quadrilatero fortresses. The current fortifications were planned and built in 1815.

Today Legnago is a peaceful and cozy corner of Italy, where it is so pleasant to spend a vacation, stroll along the beautiful streets, go shopping, and when night falls, go to one of the local night clubs, famous for their cheerful atmosphere.

Working conditions, accommodation and transfer

The working hours at the Exclusive Club in Italy are from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The working week is six days long – from Tuesday to Sunday inclusive. Once a week – on Mondays – the girls are given a day off.

During the hostess's work in Italy, the club provides free housing. The girls are accommodated in the club's apartments. Two girls live in each room. The housing is good, comfortable, there is everything you need for life. The transfer from the apartments to work and back is paid for by the club.

Upon arrival in Italy, the girls are met at Rovigo station and taken to their apartments.

Payout rates and bonuses in the Exclusive club

Work in Italy for women in hostess positions is paid according to the scheme “rate + bonuses for consumption”. The basic rate of a hostess in the Exclusive club is from 60€ to 70€ for each worked shift. The rate is set individually based on the results of the questionnaire review. When determining the basic rate of payment, the employer takes into account:

– experience working on similar contracts;

– level of knowledge of the Italian language (Russian speakers are accepted for work in Italy, but during consumption you need to speak with guests in their language);

– the girl's appearance.

In addition to the base rate, bonus payments are provided:

– surcharge of 15€ for every 20 minutes of consumption;

– surcharge of 10-20€ to 50-100€ for bottles (the amount depends on the cost of the drink);

-25€ for each private dance.

Fixed rates and bonuses are paid weekly.
