TERMS AND CONDITIONSRESIDENCE RULES

Artists from Prestige Model Agency are provided with accommodation for 2 people in European-level hotel rooms (TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, shower or bath, hot water, Wi-Fi in each room). The hotel was built in 2015.

The girls maintain cleanliness and order on their own.

The place of work is 3 minutes away by motorbike taxi ($1.50), or 10 minutes on foot.

The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away or a 3-minute motorbike taxi ride ($1.50-$2).

RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS

There are restrictions on personal meetings between dancers and club guests outside of work.

At the end of the work, the artist is given free time, but at 05:00 in the morning they must be in the room.

Absence of the artist after the above timeentails the strictest liability, up to and including termination of the contract, withholding of all remaining wages and deportation from the country.

In case of early termination of the contract on the initiative or fault of the artist, all expenses incurred by the club related to payment of travel, training, paperwork, accommodation – are borne by the artist in 100%.

After the dancer arrives in Thailand, she is obliged to weigh herself on scales at the first request of the customer, in order to determine the level of her physical fitness.

Due to the need to obtain work documents (work permit), the artist's passport is submitted to a lawyer to undergo the procedure for obtaining a work visa.

It takes about a month to obtain all the necessary permits.

If the employee needs a passport, the artist can obtain it aton the basis of a written statement indicating the reasons why the employee needs a passport.

After the period required for the preparation of work documents has expired, the passport is kept in the hotel safe (to prevent loss or disappearance).

The employee receives a passport for departure home after payment to the hotel is completed.

The artist undertakes to take a drug test in the blood and urine at the first request of the Client. Refusal entails automatic termination of the contract. It is also prohibited to expose oneself to unjustified risks, such as riding a motorcycle, scooter, banana boat, etc., in order to avoid injuries that prevent the performance of the contract. Work shifts missed due to injuries received during non-working hours are not paid.

If it is impossible to get towork due to illness, the dancer must obtain permission from the manager to remain in the apartment and, if necessary, present a doctor's certificate confirming her incapacity for work. In this case, the employee bears no financial responsibility.

In case of missing work without a medical certificate, but with the permission of the manager, penalties for missing work are not applied to the artist, but for each missed day of work the artist is obliged to pay 10 dollars in favor of the customer, as partial compensation for the payment for accommodation at the hotel.

DRESS CODE

The priority is a romantic and sexy image: short dresses, short skirts, tops, bodysuits, revealing striptease costumes. Strippers are a must.
