REQUIREMENTS FOR FEMALE EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATES

The Club night club has vacancies for strip dancers combining hostess duties with active consumption. Preference is given to girls from Kazakhstan, Moldova, Latvia, Ukraine, Estonia, Belarus, Russia and Lithuania. The main requirements for applicants:

• attractive, bright appearance;
• excellent sports form;
• beautiful figure;
• knowledge of English at a conversational level.

Experience in strip contracts is welcomed, but not required. If necessary, the club provides training in strip plastic for girls without experience (free of charge).

TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

The girls' shift is from 23:00 to 06:00 (or until the last guest) on all days of the week, except Friday and Saturday. On these days of the week, the club is open until 07:00 (or until the last guest). You must arrive at work half an hour before the start of the shift.

Girls are given a day off once a week. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic consumption is allowed – your choice. Girls make 3-4 appearances per night. Topless performances or full striptease (in a separate area of the club) are provided. The club has a static pole, dildo shows, lesbian shows are organized.

RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS IN THE CLUB

The club management is loyal to the artists and hostesses. If you have any questions about the work, you should contact the manager. There are few strict prohibitions. The main one is that you cannot create or maintain conflict situations. The club should maintain a friendly positive atmosphere when communicating with guests and other employees of the establishment.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE: BETS AND BONUSES IN THE CLUB

A fixed rate of payment for daily work shifts is set upon review of the girl's application. Depending on appearance and professional skills, the base rate is 40-60€ per shift (during the training period, the rate is negotiated individually and is up to 50€). This rate is paid even if the girl does not fulfill the card quota. It should be taken into account that if a dancer or hostess is not active in work for several work shifts in a row, the club administration reserves the right to terminate the contract early. The procedure for calculating earnings:

1. The established norm is 6 cards (each costs 2€). For each subsequent card, dancers and hostesses receive payments in the amount of 30% of the cost of consumption in addition to the fixed rate. The cost of drinks varies in the range of 5-60€ per glass (bottle).
2. Girls receive payments in the amount of 40% of the cost of private dances.

The rates for privates are as follows:

• simple private 10 minutes – 15€;
• double private (15 minutes) – 60€;
• 20 minute dance – 70€;
• Lap dance – 5€ (lasts 3 minutes, you can dance without a pole).

Payouts of base bets, as well as bonuses for dances and glasses, are daily.

ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFER

During the contract period, the club provides comfortable apartments for accommodation. The cost of accommodation (3€ per day) is deducted from the girl's earnings. Each room accommodates 2-3 girls. The girls get to the club by taxi (cost 6-10€), as a rule, the dancers and hostesses call one car for 3-4 girls and share the costs equally. The club provides apartments for accommodation, located at different distances from Golden Queens, the closest are located 10 minutes' walk away.

WHAT GIRLS SAY ABOUT WORKING IN A CLUB

DRESS CODE

A strip club is not a place for modest, reserved outfits. The girls here must look unforgettable and stunning. What should you wear to work? The image must be well-thought-out and very sexy:

• ultra short dress;
• extreme mini skirt with a provocative low-cut top or revealing bodice;
• bodysuit;
• strip costume.

It is absolutely necessary to complement the image with bright makeup. By the way, you can't dance in regular shoes, you must have a pair of special strips for pole dancing.
