TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

Club Harem invites artists and hostesses to work on a work visa for active consumption and striptease. The main requirements are attractive appearance, sociability, and the ability to maintain a conversation. Knowledge of Italian is welcome, but is not a mandatory condition (most of the guests of the Harem club are Italians, so knowledge of the language increases the attractiveness of the girl, and therefore her earnings).

Working hours, accommodation and transfer

The minimum contract duration for the artists and hostesses at the Harem club is 1 month. The club is open all week from 22:00 in the evening until 05:00 in the morning. The girls' daily work shift lasts the same amount of time. The girls are given one day off per week (Monday). On weekends, they can spend their time as they wish, but the girl must spend the night in the hotel's apartments assigned to her. Accommodation at the hotel is free for girls. You only need to pay for a gas cylinder, detergents and hygiene products (payment is approximately 25€ per week). The hotel is also located in Olbia, 500 meters from the Harem club. Transfer from home to work and back is provided to the girls free of charge.

Pay rates

Artists and hostesses at the Harem club receive a fixed rate and bonuses for consumption. The fixed daily payment is from 10€ per hour plus the rate. The rate with striptease is 70€, only consumption without striptease – 60€. Whether the girl will dance striptease during the work shift is decided by the administration. Hostess payments for consumption are 1€ per glass. Bonus payments for champagne are also provided – 20% of the cost of the bottle. Payments for rates for private (topless) are also fixed:

• 20€ without consummation;
• 25€ with consumption (if drinks are in glasses or bottles).

The club also offers serata – the client “buys out” a girl from the club and goes with her on a date or to dinner. Serata is also counted as consumption (instead of glasses). The rate of payment for serata depends on its duration. For example, for a 4-hour serata The girl gets 40€ + 60€ (standard rate), which equals 100€. If the guest buys the girl out for the whole night, the payout for her will be 150€.

IMPORTANT!!!

There are no established “production” standards, for example, for the number of glasses, for girls, but there are fines for violating the club's rules. Failure to show up for work without a good reason – a fine of 200 €. Serata with a guest must also be agreed upon with the administration. According to the girls, this is done for security reasons – the guest may be insolvent and deceive the girl with the payment. If the management is against it, the serata must be refused, otherwise a fine of 250-300 € is also provided. The club reserves the right to withhold 50% of the girl's earnings if she works less than a month without prior agreement with the administration.
