Working conditions at the Hot Collection club

Hot Collection Club invites slim, cheerful, responsible girls from Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Moldova to work as strip dancers. Age of applicants – from 18 to 30 years. Candidates with or without experience on strip contracts are considered. Girls without experience are provided with a choreographer free of charge.

A contract with a dancer is concluded for a period of 1 month or longer.

The club is open from 19:00 to 07:00 on Friday and Saturday, and on other days of the week from 19:00 to 06:00.

The girls work 4 days a week – this is a mandatory condition, you can't take more or less shifts. During the shift, there are 4-6 appearances on stage, each lasting 2 tracks. Topless and full-strip girls dance only in privates.

ATTENTION! Fines are provided for violation of the club rules.

The girls pay for the services of the make-up artist and stylist at their own expense; the payment is deducted from the girl’s earnings at the rate of 400 rubles for the make-up artist’s service and 400 rubles for the stylist’s service for each work shift.

Accommodation and transfer

The girls travel to Moscow at their own expense; the club does not provide transfers. The club is considering the possibility of crediting tickets, but will not compensate for the cost of travel/flight.

There are several hostels located near the club, the girls choose their own place to stay. By decision of the administration, the club can compensate the cost of accommodation for one month, provided that receipts are provided every three days, but no more than 500 rubles per day.

The girls travel from home to work and back at their own expense.

Salary and bonus payments

The guaranteed payment for a work shift (guarantor) is 2,000 rubles. If the girl did not work on any of the crazy menu options, consummations, she did not have privates, she is guaranteed to receive 2,000 rubles.

If the dancer's work shift was successful – the girl danced privates, drank cocktails at the consummation – then she receives the amount she earned taking into account all bonuses, but not less than 2,000 rubles.

The calculation procedure is as follows:

• • tips are divided in the ratio 70% to the girl, the remaining 30% to the club;

• • crazy menu – 50/50;

• • private dance – 50/50 (the cost of a private dance is 2,000 rubles, of which the girl takes 1,000 rubles);

• • payments for consumption – from 200 to 1000 rubles;

• • “get-togethers” with a dancer – the cost for a guest is 6,000 rubles per hour (shared with the club 50/50);

• • room – cost for a guest is 18,000 rubles (of which the girl receives 11,000 rubles);

• • cities – dancing: 5 hours cost 40,000 rubles (the dancer will receive 25,000 rubles), 12 hours – 70,000 rubles (the girl keeps 40,000 rubles).

There is a system of “dismissals” – a girl can leave the club with a guest during working hours at her own discretion and with the consent of the administration. For “dismissals” the girls receive the following payments:

• • 1 hour – 10,000 rubles;

• • 5 hours – 23,000 rubles;

• • per day – 35,000 rubles.

Payment of guarantors and bonuses is daily upon completion of the work shift.

On average, girls earn 150,000 rubles per month.
