Requirements for Candidates:

• Сandidates must have an attractive appearance and the ability to dance gracefully.
•  They must be fluent in English or Chinese at a minimum B2 level.
• There are no age restrictions.
• It is strictly required to follow the rule of no intimacy (violating this rule leads to immediate dismissal).
• The club prioritizes hiring women with Slavic features.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Dancers are paid a monthly salary plus additional earnings from tables and tips. The salary is paid once a month, while earnings from tables and tips are paid weekly. The club does not operate on a consumption system, meaning there are no extra payments for alcohol. Women can choose whether or not to drink alcohol.

During the probation period (first month), the salary is 5,000 AED ($1,361), increasing to 6,000 AED ($1,633.50) from the second month. To receive the salary, dancers must entertain guests at a table for one hour (dancing, playing games, drinking, etc.). After one hour, if guests agree to keep the dancer at the table until they leave, she receives an additional 500 AED. If the guests do not keep her, she can move to the lounge or rest area.

For every table where the dancer stays with guests until they leave, an additional 500 AED ($136) is added to her salary. She is required to dance periodically and entertain guests. From the second month, dancers can increase their earnings: if a dancer has 50+ tables per month, her salary increases to 7,000 AED ($1,906), and she receives 700 AED ($190.50) per table.

Tips are split 50/50 with the club. The working hours are from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with a one-hour dinner break if there are no guests. Dinner is provided for free in the club for all employees.

The minimum contract period is one month, with four days off per month. Dances take place at guest tables; there is no stage or pole in the club.

Responsibilities

• Dancers are expected to entertain guests with dances and games.
• They must participate in table games and other activities (including 18+ games such as Twister, “strip poker” up to underwear, “truth or dare,” and others).
• Their role is to create a festive atmosphere, lift guests’ moods, and encourage them to return.

Dancers must perform in lingerie or, at minimum, with black tape covering their breasts. Topless dancing is not encouraged. There is no stage or pole; dancing happens near the guest table where the dancer is seated.

Restrictions and Prohibitions

The club enforces fines or dismissals for the following violations:

• Being late or missing a shift.
• Leaving the club with a guest during work hours.
• Bringing guests to the club’s apartments.
• Theft or fighting in the club.
• Appearing at work under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Engaging in intimate relations with guests inside or outside the club.

ACCOMMODATION

The club does not provide apartments but offers free transport to and from work. After several months of productive work, the club may provide free housing.

A perfect look is the key to success and high earnings in the nightclub industry. According to professional dancers, appearance should be mysterious, stunning, and captivating. A well-crafted image encourages guests to spend generously, ensuring high bonus earnings for the dancer. Dancers must wear sexy, elegant lingerie and comfortable dance shoes. Costumes for performances are provided by the club. To complete an unforgettable look, attention should be paid to bold makeup, stylish hairstyles, and well-groomed nails.

HOW TO GET TO DUBAI?

The easiest way is to book a flight to Dubai International Airport. The club provides free airport transfers to the dancers’ apartments. If the dancer completes two months of work, the club reimburses the cost of a one-way ticket.
