Madam Strip Club, Munich

Requirements for candidates
The club is looking for strip dancers with guest interaction (consumption-based earnings):
- Candidates must have an attractive appearance, including a beautiful face and a slim figure;
- Be between 18 and 35 years old;
- Minimum height of 165 cm;
- Flexibility and the ability to perform sensual dances are required;
- Good English and German language skills;
- Applicants should be sociable, responsible, and ambitious.
Candidates must have an EU passport, a German residence permit, or a German work visa, and employment is officially contracted.
WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE CLUB
The work schedule is from Sunday to Thursday, from 20:00 to 04:00, and from Friday to Saturday, from 20:00 to 05:00, with two days off per week. The minimum contract term is 14 days.
Prestige Model Agency dancers can choose between two payment systems:
System #1
The first system ensures that the first two dances are fully paid, and if no dances occur, a fixed daily salary of €120 is guaranteed. On weekends, the first dance is fully paid, but if no dances occur, the fixed salary is €60. Private dances last five minutes and cost €60, with dancers receiving €30 in cash payments and €20 in card payments. The drink sales percentage is 20% for cash payments, 15% for card payments, and 50% from Strip Dollars (1$ = 1€). Earnings from percentages are paid daily, and salaries are paid weekly.
System #2
The second system offers a fixed salary of €40 per day from Sunday to Wednesday, with no fixed salary from Thursday to Saturday. Private dances remain at €60, with €30 for cash payments and €20 for card payments. The drink sales percentage is 32.5% for cash payments and 22.5% for card payments, with 50% from Strip Dollars. Both salaries and percentages are paid daily. New dancers start with the second system, and after a few days, their performance and appearance are evaluated. If successful, they may switch to the first system.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided for free in modern shared homes, with two to three people per room. Two houses are available, fully equipped with kitchens, internet, washing machines, and dishwashers.
DRESS CODE
The dress code requires dancers to wear sexy costumes or dresses that highlight the figure, with elements of glitter, lace, or decorative designs. High heels or platform shoes must be worn, and makeup should be bold and long-lasting, with an emphasis on eyes and lips. Hairstyles should be well-groomed, featuring curls, volume, or a sleek look. Accessories such as jewelry, stockings, and gloves that complement the outfit are allowed. Dancers must maintain a confident and professional attitude.
HOW TO GET TO MUNICH?
The easiest way to get to Munich is by flying into Munich International Airport. From the airport, travelers can take the metro (S1 or S8) to the city center (Hauptbahnhof main station). The club is within walking distance of the main station. No airport pickup is provided.
