Prohibitions and restrictions

The main duties of the girls are to maintain an atmosphere of luxury relaxation, dance sexy and communicate freely. However, the Maria Bonita club has a number of prohibitions that must be followed. Girls are prohibited from:

• meet with guests outside the club (regardless of the reason and content of the meeting);
• engage in intimate relationships with guests both during working and non-working hours;
• kiss guests on the lips;
• use a mobile phone in the club;
• skip a work shift without a good reason.

Violation of the club's rules will result in penalties ranging from a fine to dismissal.

Salary and bonus payments

For each working shift at Maria Bonita, dancers receive a fixed rate of 40€. Private dances are paid separately:

• private topless – 25€;
• full strip – 50€.

Bonuses for consumption:

• cocktail – 3.5-4€;
• a bottle of champagne – counts as 6 consumptions (i.e. equals 6 glasses of the drink).

The girls split the tips with the club in half. Fixed rates are paid to the girls once a month, bonuses for consumption and private dances, as well as tips, are received by the dancers in the morning after the end of the work shift.

How to get to Tirana

There are no direct flights from Russia to Tirana, so girls who go on a contract in Moscow take a flight with a transfer:

• from Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo or Vnukovo to Istanbul or Belgrade;
• from Istanbul or Belgrade to Tirana.

IMPORTANT! Tickets must be purchased with a transfer only in the cities listed above. The club will arrange a meeting at the airport and transfer to the apartment. In case of successful completion of a contract lasting at least 1 month, the club will reimburse part of the cost of the tickets, but not more than 70€.
ATTENTION! There is a visa-free regime for Ukrainian citizens in Albania. Everyone else needs to check the current visa requirements – as a rule, many countries (including Russia and Belarus) do not require a visa in the summer.
