Earnings in the Mirage club: fixed rates, bonuses and premiums

The fixed wage rate at the Mirage Club is 70-80€ per week. There is also a bonus system for consumption (glasses drunk by the guest with the hostess). The rates for consumption are as follows:

• 90 consumptions – additional payment to the girl of 60€;
• 130 glasses – €70 bonus in addition to the fixed bet;
• 150 consumptions will bring the girl 80€;
• for 170 glasses the hostess will receive 90€;
• 200 glasses – payout 100€.

Payouts of bets and bonuses to girls are daily – at the end of the work shift. It should be taken into account that the management of the Mirage club holds the salary for the first three days as a deposit – so that the girl does not suddenly quit without warning. If the girl wants to terminate the contract early, it is necessary to warn about it a week in advance. The Mirage club also has a chen and serat system. This is a date with a guest who “buys out” the girl from the club for a certain number of hours. Chens and serats are counted for girls for consumption. The cost of serat is fixed, the rate is 250 €. Chen from 22:30 h. is paid at a rate of 50 € per hour.
