Working hours and living conditions

How many bonuses the hostess will receive depends only on her, on her activity, sociability and attractiveness.

The basic rate in the Monte Carlo club is set individually for each girl in the range of 60-70€ per shift. The rate depends on knowledge of Italian, experience in consumption and the appearance of the girl. The scheme for calculating bonus payments in addition to the rate is as follows:

-10% of the cost for each consumption;

-10% of the cost for each bottle;

-25€ for private (12 minutes duration).

Bets and bonuses are paid daily.
