TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

We are looking for girls dancing in the strip genre, aged 19 to 33.

Work experience is not important. We have our own training school.

The main thing is understanding the essence of work in a strip club and respect for the rules of the club, the desire to work in accordance with these rules, honesty towardsto the club management and guests of the club, charisma and the desire not only to look, but also to behave like a Woman, a Lady!

The club has organized work in the dressing rooms of hairdressers and make-up artists. Their work is paid. The shift administrator monitors the readiness of the girls for work. In case of a sloppy appearance or unreadiness for work, a set of make-up works and the girl can be sent by the shift administrator for additional preparation of her appearance or even removed from the shift. The latter happens extremely rarely.

The club is open from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Girls are required to arrive at work before 9:10 PM and prepare for their shift on their own.

Girls work mostly for four or five days (dancers, hostesses) and according to an approved schedule. The schedule is made for the week following the current one. Girls also go on vacation according topre-agreed pre-agreed dates. The minimum term of work in the club is one month or more. But there are always options. Some girls work on a “shift” basis – two weeks on, two weeks off or “a month on, a month off”, for example.

When missing their work shift, girls are required to notify and coordinate their absence with the club administration in advance.

Additionally for hostesses:

The hostess is the Face and soul of the club. They are the first to greet guests and their mood and further mood for relaxation in the club largely depend on the impression they make on them. The hostess has two groups of responsibilities:

1. They work with guests, meeting them, informing them, accompanying them, advising them on their rights and opportunities, etc. During the guests' stay at the club, they are their guides and friends.

2.They are shift administrators, carry out orders from assistants. Call someone, go and give someone a hint, etc. The working conditions, living conditions and earnings of hostesses are the same as those of dancers. They are equal in their rights and opportunities. A number of dancers work as hostesses, actively using their skills and opportunities to participate in the show program or replace dancers.

ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFER

Out-of-town girls can be provided with accommodation in 2-3 room apartments in the Central District of Sochi. There are 4-5 girls living in the apartments, depending on the area of the apartment. Basically, 1-2 girls per room. All apartments are well-appointed and fully furnished. Girls pay for their stay in club apartments themselves (the cost of renting apartments in Sochi is veryhigh), but many girls rent apartments on their own, since their earnings are quite high.

The girls get to and from work by taxi on their own.

SALARY AND BONUS PAYMENTS

Flammable guarantor – 3000 RUR.

The guarantee and other types of salaries are paid to the girls by the shift administrator in the morning immediately after the end of the shift. All tips received on the territory of the club, including additional payment for the crazy menu, are divided with the club 50/50. All tips received outside the Club are taken by the girls. Consummation is calculated for the entire bar menu and hookah card and is 20%. However, the girls themselves do not order drinks or other products from the waiters. These orders are made by the guests directly to the waiters, treating the girls. Waiters are not obliged to take orders directly from the girls, butaccepted only from guests.

All incoming guests pay for private dances in the amount of 3,000 rubles for a private dance lasting up to 5 minutes. Sitting at the table: 30 minutes 3,000 rubles and 1 hour 5,000 rubles, a dance to order – 3,000 rubles (3 min.) and much more. All items of the crazy menu sold inside the Club itself are divided 50/50.

DRESS CODE IN THE CLUB

A girl should have a wardrobe of clothes selected according to the following criteria:

The dancer's (hostess's) clothes should not look cheap;

it should be noticeable and attractive; it should be sufficiently erotic (for dancers) or moderately erotic (for hostesses);

it should emphasize the charms or forms of girls;

in it you can easily and freely dance strip dance (for dancers), i.e. perform movements associated with nudity(exposure) of the body or teasing with clothing;

The wardrobe should be as diverse as possible: from the most beautiful evening dresses (peignoirs) to ultra-short harnesses or belts and staged theatrical costumes, no matter whether your clothes are maxi, mini or midi, what material it is made of and what color it is. Compliance with the above criteria is the norm for professional strippers or hostesses.

Young dancers are given the opportunity to use the costume room, which also has dresses for hostesses.

Mostly girls work on strips, but it is not a panacea. Much depends on the height and the outfit itself.
