What kind of girls are hired?

Club New Bolero invites girls with bright attractive appearance to cooperate for vacancies of dancers. Mandatory conditions for employment:

good knowledge of Italian (during the consumption you need to communicate with the guests, most of whom are Italian);

the ability to dance energetically on a pole (choreographic training will be a plus, but is not mandatory; good flexibility and musical ear are sufficient);

flawless figure;

readinesscommunicate a lot and maintain an atmosphere of fun and celebration in the club.

Working conditions and payment

The contract with dancers is concluded for a period of 2 months, if the girl works well, then the contract can be extended. The girls' responsibilities include active consumption, pole dancing and privates. Pole dancing is usually not done every day, but only on weekends.

The club is open from 10 pm to 4 am, with a fixed day off – Mondays.

In addition to drinks consumed with guests in the club itself, chens and serats are counted as consummation. In this case, a visitor “buys out” a dancer he likes from the club in order to go on a date with her to a restaurant or other entertainment venue.

ATTENTION! You can only go on dates with guestswith the boss's approval, otherwise the girl may be fined.

The New Bolero Club offers the girls of Prestige Model Agency several options for calculating the salary of dancers:

1) only a fixed rate of 60-80 € depending on appearance and number of consumptions (usually you need to make 9-10 glasses per shift);

2) rate 30 € + 5 € for each consumption.

Privates are paid separately. The cost of 10 minutes for a guest is 50 €, of which 25 € goes to the club and the same amount to the girl.

There is an additional charge of 100-200€ for pole dancing. The additional charge is set individually depending on the beauty and dancing talent.

Payment is daily at work in a club in Italy. At the same time, payments for the first two days are held as a “deposit” and paid at the end of the contract.

Accommodation andtransfer

The girls are accommodated in apartments in Porto Garibaldi near the sea coast. Accommodation is paid – 5€ per day. Upon arrival in Italy at the airport of Bologna or Treviso, the club organizes a meeting and a free transfer to the apartment. After the end of the contract, the girls get back at their own expense.
