One of Copenhagen’s best nightclubs is Night Club, situated in the very heart of the city. The club is currently hiring strip dancers with active consumption.

The main requirements for applicants include:

The club has a vacancy for dancers in the striptease genre with consumption. Basic requirements:

• Attractive appearance (a beautiful face and a slim figure);
• Age between 18 and 35 years old;
• Height of at least 165 cm;
• Flexibility and the ability to perform erotic dance routines elegantly;
• Sociability, seriousness, and ambition;
• Prior experience in a similar position is mandatory;
• To apply for this position, candidates must submit an application with high-quality photos (unedited, without Photoshop or filters.

Additionally, a video is highly recommended.

WORK CONDITIONS AT THE CLUB

Dancers are responsible for stage performances, private dances, and engaging in active consumption. The minimum contract duration is one month. The club accepts dancers with an EU passport as well as Ukrainian citizens with work permits in Denmark.

The club operates seven days a week: Weekdays: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Weekends: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Work schedules are assigned by the manager. The minimum required working days per week is five.

Salary Structure.
Dancers’ earnings consist of stage performance payments, drink sales commissions, and private dance fees.

Stage performances (full nude): 150 DKK (20 EUR) per performance. There is no mandatory number of performances per night—it depends on the club’s traffic.
Guaranteed minimum payment (“burnable guarantee”) is 70 EUR (500 DKK) per shift. If a dancer earns less than this amount, the club pays the difference.

Private dance earnings (LapDance, topless): One song: 20 EUR (150 DKK), Two songs: 40 EUR (300 DKK), Three songs: 70 EUR (500 DKK). Drink sales commissions: 15% from the price of champagne and women’s drinks. Champagne prices range from 995 DKK (140 EUR) to 390,000 DKK (52,500 EUR).
Salaries are paid at the end of the month to a bank account.

Prohibitions and Penalties

Dancers must maintain an atmosphere of luxury and entertainment. The club enforces strict rules, with penalties or dismissal for:

• Being late or skipping a shift;
• Leaving the club with a guest during working hours;
• Bringing guests to the club’s apartments;
• Theft or fighting in the club;
• Arriving to work under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

ACCOMMODATION

Dancers are provided comfortable apartments near the club. The accommodation cost is 170 EUR per week.

DRESS CODE AT THE CLUB

Strip dancers must look elegant, sexy, and sophisticated to attract guests and increase their income. From 9:00 PM: dancers must wear long, sexy dresses (minimum knee-length). Later in the night, they can change into short dresses, lingerie-style outfits, and lighter clothing.Footwear is key—dancers should have several pairs of stylish high heels.A bold makeup look, neat manicure, and well-styled hair complete the professional image.

HOW TO GET TO COPENHAGEN?

The best way to travel is by airplane to Copenhagen Airport. The club does not provide airport pick-ups, so dancers must arrange their own transportation to the apartments via taxi or metro.
