Lugano is a picturesque city located in the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland, on the shores of Lake Ceresio. WORKING CONDITIONS

The club operates from Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday as the designated day off. Working hours are from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, and contracts are available for a minimum period of one month. Compensation includes a fixed rate of €90 per shift and commission on drink sales. The percentage of earnings depends on the club’s total revenue: 5% for revenue up to 8,000 CHF, 8% for revenue between 8,000 and 10,000 CHF, and 10% for revenue exceeding 10,000 CHF. Private rooms are available only with the purchase of champagne, with a minimum price of 350 CHF, and all tips received in private rooms go directly to the hostess. Salaries are paid on a monthly basis.

The position is open to applicants with EU passports, European ID cards, Ukrainian passports (with or without Swiss protection visas), as well as Belarusian and Russian passports with valid Schengen visas. Women with EU passports, ID cards, or Ukrainian passports with Swiss protection visas are officially employed under the title of “dancer.”

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided free of charge by the employer. The apartments include a washing machine and bed linens, with a weekly residence tax of 50 CHF deducted from earnings at the end of the month. Transportation to and from the workplace is also provided at no cost.

DRESS CODE

The dress code requires an elegant look, including cocktail dresses that enhance femininity while aligning with the club’s ambiance.
 

HOW TO GET TO LUGANO?

The nearest airports to Lugano are Zurich and Milan. Travelers from Zurich can reach Lugano by bus (2.5 hours) or train (2 hours), while from Milan, the journey takes approximately one hour by either bus or train.
