In the heart of Spain, in its stunning capital, Madrid, a prestigious nightclub is inviting women from Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine to apply for hostess and strip dancer positions. The club offers official employment, profitable working conditions, and a high salary potential—up to €5,000 per month.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS:

• Slavic appearance
• Sociability and artistry
• Well-groomed, attractive appearance
• Ages between 20 and 35 years old

WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE CLUB

The club welcomes women from Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine for hostess and strip dancer positions with official contracts.

For Russian and Belarusian applicants: You must have a residence permit from any EU country.

For Ukrainian applicants: A Spanish protection visa is required.

Minimum contract term: 1 month

Work schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 22:30 – 05:30

Friday – Saturday: 22:30 – 06:00

Sunday: Day off

An additional day off can be requested if needed.

Arrival time at the club: 22:30

Late arrivals: 10 minutes late = €20 fine, 15 minutes late = €30 fine

Absence from work: €50 fine

SALARY & PAYOUTS

Hostess Position

Hostesses work without a base salary and split earnings 50/50 with the bar. However, for the first drink each night, the hostess receives 40%, and for all subsequent drinks, 50%.

Drink Pricing & Earnings:

Regular drink at the bar: €35 → €15 to the hostess, €20 to the bar

Small champagne bottle: €60

Large champagne bottle: €180+

Earnings from Private Dances:

Champagne + private dance in VIP room: €300 → €150 to the hostess

Champagne + lap dance in the hall: €200 → €100 to the hostess

30-minute private session in VIP (without champagne): €100 → €60 to the hostess

Optional client escort (salida): €300 to the hostess

Strip Dancer Position

Base salary: €30 – €60 per shift, depending on appearance (to be discussed during application)

Performance requirement:

Two stage shows per shift

Each show lasts 5 minutes (2 songs)

Full nude at the end of the second song

During breaks between shows, dancers work on guest interaction (consumption), following the 50/50 bar system

Dance Pricing & Earnings:

Full nude private dance in VIP room:

3 songs = €80 → €40 to the dancer

Table dance in the main hall:

€50-€60 → €25-€30 to the dancer

Payouts for all earnings (hostess and dancers) are made weekly, every Monday.

ACCOMMODATION

The club does not provide housing.

Renting a shared apartment with 3 people → €250-€300 per month per person.

Nearby hostel accommodation → €50 per night per room (can be shared by two people).

The club does not provide airport pickup. You must take a taxi from the airport to your apartment or hostel.
