Night Club, La Chaux-de-Fonds (Switzerland)

La Chaux-de-Fonds is a unique city known for its contributions to the watchmaking industry and its inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage list. The city attracts both tourists and locals with a blend of cultural heritage and modern entertainment. Its nightlife is vibrant, featuring cozy bars, lounges, and clubs. One of the most popular venues is Night Club, which offers a lively atmosphere, modern music, and a great place to unwind. A vacancy is open for a strip dancer with a guest interaction model.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The club does not have stage shows, but there are private dances in booths, including topless and full-nude performances (with whipped cream if desired). Classic and erotic massages are optional.

The club operates seven days a week:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Thursday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Friday and Saturday: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday: 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM

If there are no guests, the club may close earlier. Employees get one unpaid day off per week. Contracts last from two weeks to one month. First-time workers have a probation period of one week.

The contract is concluded for a period of 2 weeks to 1 month. For girls working in the club for the first time, a probationary period of 1 week is provided.

Salary depends on daily champagne sales (typically 60-180 CHF) plus a 15% commission on drinks.

Earnings scale:

0-600 CHF = 60 CHF
601-1200 CHF = 120 CHF
1201 CHF+ = 180 CHF

Champagne prices:

Glass: 35 CHF
Piccolo: 65 CHF
Bottle: 320-1200 CHF

Dancers earn 50% from dances:

1 topless song = 70 CHF
1 full-nude song = 90 CHF
2 topless songs = 110 CHF
2 full-nude songs = 110 CHF
Massage prices are set by the dancer in agreement with the club, which takes a 50% cut.

Dancers can also perform additional stage dances using “stage dollars” (1 CHF = 2 stage dollars). The guest must purchase a minimum of 20 stage dollars. Dancers receive 50%.

Wages are paid weekly. Only EU passport holders or those with European identification documents are considered. All dancers are officially employed as “massage therapists.”

Meeting guests outside the club is prohibited.

ACCOMMODATION

Free housing is provided in apartments located above the club. Rooms accommodate a maximum of two people. The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, hot water, heating, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine.

DRESS CODE

The club’s dress code requires short or long sexy dresses. Outfits should be elegant, stylish, and figure-flattering, maintaining the club’s prestige. The look should be refined and feminine, emphasizing sensuality while staying within tasteful limits.

 HOW TO GET TO LA CHAUX-DE-FONDS?

The nearest airports are Zurich, Geneva, and Basel. The city is about 150 km from each airport and accessible by train. The club is located 1 km from the station, with taxis available.

Dancers must arrange their own transportation, but the club covers the full cost of taxis and half the cost of train tickets. It may also reimburse flight tickets for dancers who complete one month of work (subject to discussion).
