ORIENTAL MUSIC LIVE CLUB

Today, Macedonia is becoming one of the most promising destinations for foreign contracts for hostesses. The cost of living here is low, and the earnings are impressive even by EU standards. The Oriental Music Live night club invites attractive young girls from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, the Baltics, Russia and Ukraine to apply for hostess positions. Knowledge of spoken English is welcome. Knowledge of Macedonian is not required (the language is not difficult, most girls quickly master it during work). Duties include dancing at guests' tables and active consumption.

Terms of work in the Oriental Music Live club

The main task of the girls at Oriental Music Live is to create and maintain an atmosphere of fun and celebration in the club, create a crowd, and entertain guests. Most of the guests are Macedonians and Albanians. No intimacy or escort services. The minimum contract duration is 1 month. The girls work from 21:30 to 04:00, once a week the club provides a day off. Days off are provided on any day of the week except Friday and Saturday, by prior arrangement with the administration.

Salary and bonuses

Oriental Music Live Club offers three payment schemes for hostess work:

Option #1

Fixed rate – 30€ per shift. Bonuses for consumption: -100 denars for each cocktail (around 1.6€); -1500 denars for a bottle of champagne (around 25€). Tips collected by the hostesses and musicians (there is always live music in the club) are divided equally between everyone at the end of the evening (usually 90% of tips are brought by the musicians, and the hostesses get about 10% of the total). The norm for cocktails for girls is 6 glasses per shift, if fewer drinks are ordered for the hostess, she gets only 50% of the due tip amount.

Option #2

Basic rate – 40€ per shift. Bonuses for consumption: -100 denars for each cocktail (about 1.6€); -1500 denars for a bottle of champagne (about 25€). The girl shares her personal tips with the club in a 50/50 ratio.

Option #3

Bonuses for consumption: -100 denars for each cocktail (about 1.6€); -1500 denars for a bottle of champagne (about 25€). 100% of the girl's tips are taken by the club. ATTENTION! Regardless of the chosen payment option, the following rules apply: – fixed rates are paid at the end of the month in Macedonian denars at the exchange rate of the national bank on the date of calculation; – bonuses for consumption and tips are paid daily at the end of the shift; – once a week (on Friday) all club employees work without paying fixed rates, only for bonuses and tips. The girl chooses the payment scheme herself and indicates the option she likes when submitting the questionnaire. It is impossible to change the payment scheme after starting work under the contract, so you need to think over your choice carefully. According to the girls' reviews, option No. 1 is usually the most profitable.

Accommodation and transfer

The Oriental Music Live club is located between the cities of Tetovo and Gostvar. The girls arrive in the capital of Macedonia, Skopje, where they are met by a club representative and taken to their accommodation. The girls are provided with rooms in a motel 3 minutes' drive from the club. The rooms have everything you need, except for wi-fi. To ensure access to the global network, you can buy a local SIM card with mobile Internet. The cost of accommodation is 100 Macedonian denars per day. The girls also pay for the road from home to work and back on their own. There is a laundry next to the motel (use is paid – 200 denars, you need to bring your own washing powder). Bed linen is provided in the motel, but it is better to have your own.
