Insurance is required. Duties include active consumption (at the guest's table). Basic requirements for applicants:

• age 22-35 years;
• height 170 cm and above;
• knowledge of English is required;
• knowledge of Italian is welcome.

There are no privates at the Piano Bar club, but when submitting a questionnaire, you must attach a video. For successful work, you will need an attractive appearance, a positive attitude and the ability to create a festive atmosphere throughout the entire work shift. Experience is not required. The duration of the contract is from two weeks. The girls work daily from 22:00 in the evening to 04:00 in the morning. One day off per week is provided – on Mondays.

Salary and bonus payments

Salary and bonus payments to girls are made once every 2 weeks. There are two options for accrual:

1. Fixed daily rate of 60€ plus 10€ for each glass over the established norm. The norm is 72 glasses in two weeks. Bottles also count towards consumption and are paid separately at 20% of the cost. For example, if a bottle costs 300€, 20% of its cost is 60€, i.e. it will be counted towards the bonus rate as 6 glasses.
2. Percentage of consumption. This option assumes fixed payments of 10€ per glass and 30% of the cost of the bottle. The norm for girls working on percentages is not set.

The Piano Bar club practices seratas (dates between artists and hostesses with guests of the club, whereby the guest “buys out” the girl for a certain period of time). A serata counts as consumption. The rates are also fixed. For girls on a rate, one serata counts as 10 glasses, hostesses on a percentage receive a rate of 100€ for such a date.

Living conditions

Artists and hostesses are provided with apartments in a hotel near the historic center of Florence. Each room is designed for 2-3 girls. The apartments are comfortable and have everything you need. For girls on a salary, accommodation is free, hostesses pay for housing at their own expense (10 € per day). Transfer from the hotel to the club and back is at the expense of the employer. In Italy, you can use a SIM card from any EU country, since roaming within the EU has been canceled. Cellular communication with mobile Internet costs about 10 €.

IMPORTANT!!!

If the girl leaves on her own initiative before the end of two weeks, the Piano Bar club reserves the right not to pay her wages. It is mandatory to coordinate your prices and serats with the administration of the Piano Bar club. For violating this rule, the girl will face a fine of 250-300 €, in addition, the guest may be insolvent and simply deceive the hostess with the payment for the date. There is no need to be afraid to go on serats – the administration only lets girls go with regular verified guests, and the dates themselves take place in crowded places. The club may also withhold a deposit for the key to the apartment. This money will be returned after the end of the contract.
