WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE BAR

The bar is open all week without days off. The artists and hostesses work shifts in the bar start at 22:00 and end at 05:00-06:00 in the morning, depending on the number of guests. The girls can take a day off once a week (you need to get the administration's approval in advance).

Each girl is provided with 4-5 dance performances per shift; the disco is held in a free style.

Example of calculating payments for a hostess dancer:

The dancer's fixed rate is €70. The girl “drinks” 10 glasses worth €15 each, a total of €150. Performing 5 lap dances at €30 is another €150. The total income for the work shift was €300. From this amount, the “minimum check” of €120 is deducted: €300-120=€180. From this amount, the girl receives 50% or €90 in addition to the fixed rate.

In the example under consideration, for a work shift the girl will receive a payment of 70€ (rate) + 90€ (bonuses for dancing and consumption) = 160€ (total earnings).
