POOR CLUB, ATHENS

The busy life of a metropolis, Balkan comfort, and mild Mediterranean climate are combined in the capital of Greece – Athens. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES

Club Kabos invites girls from Russia, Moldova, Estonia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Belarus, Latvia and Kazakhstan to work in Greece. For sociable beauties, there are vacancies for hostesses and go-go dancers with a combination of hostess duties.

The requirements for female candidates for employment are as follows:

• height not less than 170 cm;
• fluent spoken English;
• experience as a club hostess/go-go dancer.

According to the terms of the Kabos club, alcoholic and non-alcoholic consumption is permitted.

Personnel selection is carried out through an agency. Before leaving for a contract, it is required to obtain insurance covering risks associated with the coronavirus pandemic (the relevance of the latter requirement should be clarified with the agency at the stage of document preparation).

PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING AN APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AT KABOS CLUB

To get a job at a night club in Greece, you need to send a questionnaire and 8-10 recent photographs. The photo should clearly show the girl's figure in full growth, as well as her face in close-up (there should be no glasses, hat or other items covering the face in the photo).

In addition to photographs and a questionnaire, you are also required to submit a video presentation (must be recorded in English) and a video walkthrough.

TERMS OF WORK IN THE KABOS CLUB

The minimum contract duration is 60 calendar days.

The girls' shift lasts from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM on weekdays and from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM from Friday to Sunday inclusive. If there is a large crowd, the artists and hostesses may be kept for a short time until the last guest.

Girls can take a day off no more than once a week on any days except Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The day off should be agreed upon with the administration in advance.

There is no specific dance program at Kabos. The manager calls the dancers as needed. The plan of action is as follows:

1. the manager invites the girl, before the dance she agrees on the track with the DJ;
2. the dancer goes upstairs to change and gives a signal to the DJ from there;
3. The DJ turns on the music and the girl dances on stage (without undressing). The track is at least three minutes long.

After the dance, the girl changes clothes again and returns to the hall to perform her hostess (consumption) duties.

The number of dances depends not on the day of the week, but on the number of guests. A girl can dance 2-3 times per work shift, if there are few guests, there may be no dances at all.

RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS OF THE KABOS CLUB

Girls must discuss all work issues with the club manager. On weekends, hostesses are required to spend the night in apartments provided by the club. Work for girls in Greece is associated with the following prohibitions and restrictions:

• show up to work in jeans or a tracksuit;
• engage in intimate and/or romantic relationships with staff or guests;
• leaving a nightclub with guests;
• conflict with visitors and employees of the establishment, provoke quarrels;
• getting drunk or taking drugs on the job.

TRANSFER AND ACCOMMODATION

The girls pay for the flight to Greece at their own expense. A club representative meets them at the airport and provides a free transfer to the apartment.

The girls are provided with rooms for accommodation. The apartments have everything needed for a comfortable life: from dishes and bed linen to household appliances and Internet access. Each room accommodates 2-3 girls. The girls themselves maintain cleanliness and order in the rooms.

The girls pay for their accommodation themselves (6€ on weekdays, free on weekends). The payment is automatically deducted from the daily earnings.

The girls get to and from work at their own expense. One of the apartments is located 15 minutes' walk from the club, the other is a little further.

PROCEDURE FOR ACCRUAL OF PAYMENTS IN THE KABOS CLUB

The basic flat rate for dancers and hostesses at Kabos is €50. For the seventh and subsequent glasses per shift, the girl receives a bonus payment of 30% of the cost:

• For a simple glass costing €10, the hostess is charged an additional €3;
• for a double glass (price 20€) the girl is entitled to a payment of 6€;
• A triple glass worth €30 will pay a bonus of €9.

Go-go dancers receive an additional 10€ for each performance.

Payments of daily fixed rates and additional bonuses for consumption are made daily – after the work shift.

• The established norm for working on consumption in Greece for dancers and hostesses at Kabos is 5 glasses. A fixed rate is paid even if the girl “drinks” less (1-3 glasses per shift). However, it should be taken into account that if the girl does not bring profit for a long time and is not interested in the work, then the management can transfer her to a percentage of drinks without paying fixed rates according to the following scheme:
• the first 4 glasses are fully counted for the girl;
• The 5th glass goes entirely to the club;
• Starting from the 6th glass, the hostess works on a 50/50 rate with the bar.

WHAT DO GIRLS SAY ABOUT WORK?

Loyal management, friendly colleagues and sociable, cheerful and polite guests greet the girls working in the Kabos club. According to the girls, the manager is always ready to help in solving work issues, introduce them to guests.

How much a dancer-hostess will earn depends on her beauty, charm, charisma and activity in consumption. According to reviews of work in Greece, in the Kabos club you can earn from 250€ per week (taking into account fixed rates, as well as extra pay for dancing and glasses). It is absolutely necessary to speak English well. If the hostess wants to interest not only tourists, but also regular guests from among local residents, then, judging by the reviews of the girls, she should also learn Greek.

DRESS CODE AT KABOS CLUB

A well-thought-out look, charm and charisma are the keys to successful work as a club hostess. The hostess's wardrobe should only contain stylish, spectacular and sexy things. For a work shift, it is worth wearing a seductive short dress, mini-skirt or micro-shorts, complete with an attractive low-cut blouse or a revealing top. High-heeled shoes (no sneakers, ballet flats or wedge shoes), fresh hair and bright makeup will add confidence and elegance to the image.

At work, girls usually wear their suits. You can also wear a swimsuit or bodysuit of your choice.
