The club has a vacancy for dancers in the genre of strip with consumption. Basic requirements for applicants:

- age from 20 to 35 years;
- height from 165 cm and above;
- flexibility, ability to dance beautifully and erotically;
- high level of English;
- sociability, ability to interest a guest and maintain an interesting conversation.
To be approved for a vacancy at the club, you must send a questionnaire and attach photographs (in good quality without Photoshop or other image processing tools), it is also desirable to provide a video.
Work schedule and conditions at the club
The duties of the girls – dancers include dancing on stage, private dances and consumption. The minimum contract period for dancers is 2 months. The club is open 6 days a week, from Tuesday to Sunday from 20.00 to 04.00. Girls must be at the club by 19:30. Girls can work 5 or 6 days a week, if desired, the payment of the club fee (Levi) will be the same in this case.
Girls must work at least 4 shifts a week, but most of them work more, since there is no increase in the amounts for taxes, housing and transportation.
The shift starts at 8 pm and until closing (usually until 4.00). Dancers must be at the club by 19:30. Girls must go on stage to dance a go-go or a business card dance. Basically, it’s a kind of introduction where they dance sexy for two songs and the DJ announces their names and in the second song they take off only their top. In privates – full strip. Also they have to prepare and perform up to 4 shows a week on stage, the duration of which is 3 songs, and it’s a full strip on the 3rd song.
The club uses the South African currency – African rand or zar. 18.69 R/ZAR = 1$

>Club Pay Rates
There is no fixed rate at the club. Dancers work as independent contractors, so the money they earn from dancing and the commission from champagne sales is theirs. The weekly fee for working at the club is 1200 ZAR per week.
Girls also pay rent for apartments and transfer to the club – 1600R per week. Accommodation is in houses, one to a room, rarely two to a room if there are a lot of girls. A dancer should arrive with enough money to afford basic expenses for the duration of her initial stay. The club charges 30% for each dance performed by the girls.
Dance prices (2 songs = 6 minutes):
- Table dance R 400 (on the table in the hall) it is forbidden to touch;
- Lap Dance R 600 (private) it is forbidden to touch;
- Boobby Dance R 800 it is allowed to touch only the breasts (private);
- Half an hour of booking R 1600 – incl. Boobby Dance (private VIP booth);
- One hour of booking – R 2400 incl. Boobby Dance (private VIP booth) it is forbidden to touch below the waist during the Boobby Dance and not to touch all other dances.
No commission on drinks or food.
Dancers are allowed to accept tips, but the club also charges 25% or 35% depending on the venue.
The club has a buyout system (bookout), 15,000 rand per day (a girl can ask for more). The girl gets 75%.
The system is open.
They take girls without experience and train them.
Payment of salary once a week on Wednesdays.
EXTRA SHIFTS
Bookings for extra shifts are made on Wednesday for the following week. Extra shift – fees are the same. All extra shifts are by prior booking only, unless the manager requests extra work.
>Prohibitions and restrictions
The main duties of the girls are to maintain an atmosphere of luxury relaxation, dance sexy and communicate freely. Dancers are allowed to drink alcoholic beverages as long as they behave like ladies, but the management reserves the right to prohibit drinking if the club rules are violated while intoxicated.
RULES OF THE CHAIN OF CLUBS IN JOHANNESBURG
1. Dancing strictly on the dance floor.

9. Drinking is allowed, but until the girl controls herself. The first sign of intoxication – a fine is applied. The girl will be blacklisted. In case of abuse, she will be sent home.
10. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO BRING AND USE DRUGS IN THE CLUB.
11. No mobile phones on stage.
12. It is forbidden to exchange phone numbers with guests, arrange dates with them or meet them outside the club. The presence of boyfriends in the workplace is prohibited. A large fine applies for this.
13. You cannot come to the club with any of the guests.
14. It is necessary to do 4 shows during the week. CATWALK is required – two songs (6 times a night). The show is three songs of the girl’s choice, full strip. Two weeks are given to prepare for the show. Clothes for the show must be brought to the club every day.
15. It is necessary to dance the business card dance. You must dance sexy, stand on the stage when a specially announced song starts playing. Card dance at 1 am.
16. Refusal to dance mandatory dances or follow the manager’s instructions will result in large fines.
17. It is forbidden to discuss the club staff or the personal lives of other dancers.
18. A dancer is allowed to sit next to a guest for a maximum of 6 songs (about 20 minutes), provided that no dances are announced on stage at this time. After this, you must go to another table. This gives everyone the opportunity to earn honestly. You must leave the table for at least 10 minutes. Orange sticker: only the manager can bring the girl to the table or take her away from there. If a guest pulls a girl to the table, she goes straight to the manager, who will seat her.
Theft is a huge violation. If a girl is caught using or touching someone else’s things, she will be arrested. Taking someone else’s cosmetics is also prohibited.
19. You can only be in the locker room during working hours if there is a show on stage or if the girl needs to freshen up before or after dancing.
20. If a girl is caught not giving the club a commission, she will be fined and fired. The commission cannot be discussed. A girl can ask for a tip, but she cannot refuse to dance for the price indicated in the club’s price list.
21. Standing in shoes or with your feet on the sofas is prohibited.
22. When the show starts, there can be no other dances on the stage. Dancing on other stages can continue.
23. A girl must write down all her dances (except for cash TD). Girls are given two copies of the receipts. The girl must keep the receipt that says COPY for a week as proof of the number of dances completed. No receipt, no payment.
24. If a girl sits with a guest during the show, she must respect the dancer on stage and encourage the guest to watch the show and applaud.
25. The girl must wait until the guest is seated at the table and orders a drink before approaching him and introducing herself.
26. NO KISSING GUESTS ON STAGE!!!
27. LAP DANCE, BOOBY DANCE, BOOKINGS – receipts must be signed before going on stage.
28. The dance performance lasts two songs, except for half-hour bookings, privates and bookings of a girl with a dinner.
29. Additional songs are not allowed. Each performance lasts two songs.
30. If a girl has a booking for half an hour or a private, she is obliged to work the full time before the call notifies about the end. Failure to comply will result in the cost being returned to the client, and the dancer will be fined in this amount.
31. Shifts are booked on Wednesdays. If the girl has not distributed shifts, she must send Jerry before 00:00 on Thursday. If this is not done, the manager will distribute shifts at his own discretion without the consent of the dancer. If you need to change shifts, you can agree with the manager. This is not guaranteed, but if possible, they will change.
32. The cost of food and drinks can be covered by deducting from earnings during the week. The club works with costume designer Karl, from whom you can buy costumes. He comes on Wednesdays. It is also possible to pay within a week.
33. If the girl needs an advance, she needs to talk to Jerry. An advance of up to R400 can be asked from the club manager.
34. A form about the end of work can be obtained at the reception. You need to notify about the end of work 10-15 days in advance. The girl needs to make sure that there is permission to end the work.
35. The girl is an independent worker and is responsible for her own taxes and contributions.
36. The girl can ask to go home at 4:00 in the morning. You can also ask at 2:00 am, but only with the manager’s permission and a fine of R500 applies. It is not advisable to ask for time off from your shift.

>Dress code at the club
