TERMS OF WORK IN THE SAFARİ CLUB

Safari Club Hours

The working shift of artists and hostesses in the Safari club lasts from 21:00 to 05:00 in the morning. The number of dancers' appearances (go-go and strip) is determined by the club administration. It can vary from 2-4 dances per week to 2-4 appearances per shift. A girl can take one day off per week (from Monday to Thursday, at her choice). A day off is allowed only upon agreement with the administration and must be warned about at least 1-2 days in advance. On a day off, a girl can spend her time as she sees fit, but must return to the hotel before 21:30.

Salary and bonuses at Safari Club

Fixed wage rates for hostesses at Safari Club are 1200-1300 lira per day.

In addition to the basic bet, there is a bonus payment for glasses – 50 lira for each (drinking time 25 minutes).

If a guest leaves a tip for the girl during the consumption, she keeps the entire amount. Tips collected from the audience during the dance show are divided between the club and the girl in a 50/50 ratio.

Daily fixed rate payments and consumption bonuses are provided.

Sigorta Day (one day a week, Sunday) is the rule of all night clubs in Turkey. The girl does not receive a rate, she only receives a percentage of drinks. On Sigorta Day, the bonus for one glass drunk is 100 lira.

During the first week there is no standard for glasses drunk, but after the probationary period the administration can set a standard – no less than 3 glasses per work shift. If the girl drinks less than 3 glasses, the club pays 50% of the rate.

Failure to show up for work without notice is subject to a fine of three times the daily rate. In the event of dismissal before the end of the contract, 1 day of Sigorta is deducted from the girl's payments. Also, in the event of no guests, only ½ of the rate may be paid (this does not happen often – 1-2 times a month).

Accommodation, meals and transfers

The hotel club's accommodation system is semi-closed (girls can go on rendezvous, but only with the consent of the administration). You can go out from 13:00 to 19:00. There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel apartments, so you should take care of purchasing a local SIM card with mobile Internet in advance.

The girls stay at the hotel at the employer's expense. The girls are provided with free two meals a day (dinner before the shift starts and breakfast after it ends). The employer pays for the girls' transfer from the hotel to the club and back. The girls are met from the airport for a fee. From the New Airport the cost is about 200 lira, from Sabiha Gokcen Airport 250 lira.
