SAYANORA CLUB, IZMIR

Izmir is the largest modern city in Turkey. The resort is an important industrial and cultural center in the country. TERMS OF WORK IN THE CLUB

The Sayanora club has vacancies for dancers, vocalists, hostesses, and female DJs with consumption.

Requirements:

-height 170 cm and above;

– age from 18 to 30 years;

-slender figure;

-attractive appearance;

-communication skills;

– non-conflict character;

– knowledge of English or Turkish is welcome and will be a strong advantage for the applicant.

To get a job at the Sayanorah club, you must first submit a questionnaire with a video walkthrough and a video presentation in English. The video must be 20 seconds long. The video must be recorded full-length, only in clothes.

Working conditions

Girls at the Sayanora club can only work on a work visa. The minimum contract length is 3 months.

The daily working shift of girls lasts from 23:00 to 06:30 in the morning. If there are many guests, the Sayanorah club extends the working hours until 08:00 in the morning. There is one day off per week – on Sundays.

The administration determines the number of dancers, strippers and go-gos: it will depend on the number of dancers in the club and the staffing level (sometimes girls dance 2-4 times a week, but sometimes 2-4 times per work shift).

Female DJs are allowed 1 half-hour performance per shift.

Salary, standards and bonuses

The salary level directly depends on the vacancy the girl is working in:

• • fixed rate for artists and hostesses – $1265 per month;

• • rates for dancers are $1,500 per month (earnings depend on the style of dance);

• • for girls who perform in topless shows, salary rates are negotiated individually based on the results of the interview;

• • The rate for a female DJ (with consumption) is $1200-1500 per month.

In addition to the fixed rate for girls, bonuses are paid for consumption (cocktails, glasses, bottles drunk with guests):

• • for glasses drunk – 15-45 lira (depending on the drink chosen by the guest);

• • per bottle drunk – 150-850 lira (depending on the alcohol chosen).

The norm is 15 glasses a week.

Club Sayanora offers guests a choice of diluted or neat alcoholic drinks.

Fixed bet payouts are weekly. Glass bonus payouts are daily.

Every Monday in Turkey is Sigorta Day – on this day the girl does not receive a fixed salary. Her earnings are only the percentage payments for drinks.

Club Sayanora withholds the girls' first two weeks' salary as a guarantee that the employee will not suddenly break the contract before it expires. After the contract expires, the girls are given this deposit back.

Entertainment is also a business, so the Sayanorah club sets a quota for the girls – they must “drink” at least 25 glasses a week. The first week is considered a probationary period, and the girl is paid a full rate, even if she does not meet the quota. If the quota is not met in the second and subsequent weeks, the rate is reduced and the payments are reduced by 50-100 lira per week.

Accommodation, meals and transfers

Club Sayanora pays for the girls' hotel accommodation, transfer to and from work, and travel from the airport. The hotel accommodation system is open. Sex with guests is prohibited.

Between work shifts (during the day) the girls are completely free, however, it is necessary to spend the night in the hotel apartments and it is forbidden to leave it before noon without the consent of the club administration.

The girls pay for their own meals.
