TERMS OF WORK Scandal Club in Crete (Greece)

Location: Hersonissos, near Heraklion

Club operates seasonally

Position: Strip dancer with active guest interaction (consumption-based earnings)

Minimum contract: 1 month

Work schedule: 22:00 – 07:00

One day off per week (to be arranged with management)

Dancers perform topless pole dance

Four performances per shift

Each dance lasts 5-8 minutes

The club uses a static pole

Salary and Payouts

Base salary:

€50 – €60 per shift (final amount confirmed during application)

Dancers also receive 30% commission on private dances and drink sales

Deductions:

The first two club cards are deducted

Each card costs €25

Additional Earnings:

Lap dance: €25 (7-10 minutes) → 30% to the dancer

Private dance: €50 (10 minutes, full nude) → 30% to the dancer

Tips: Split 70% to the club, 30% to the dancer

Salary payout: Once a week

Restrictions and Rules:

Personal meetings with club guests outside of work are strictly prohibited.
No conflicts with guests, staff, or other dancers.
If a dancer is sick and unable to work, she must get permission from the manager to stay at the accommodation.
